My kid has been learning piano under the guidance of Mr. Thomas in joyful melodies music school. Mr. Thomas is the perfect teacher who instills a love for music in children and helps them truly enjoy and excel in playing the piano. He is highly professional and possesses the remarkable ability to explain music theory using simple words that children can easily grasp. If you are seeking a piano teacher for your kids, without a doubt, Mr. Thomas is the best choice."

I can't say enough good things about Joyful Melodies! The teachers there are absolutely amazing - so kind, patient, and encouraging. They really take the time to get to know each student and tailor their approach to their individual needs. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced musician, they have something to offer you. Needless to day, I recommend this school to anyone, beginner or experienced!

The student’s’ ensemble performance at the Spring music camp closing ceremony. Kids really enjoyed this one week program. It is a very good educational program for kids to explore different kinds of the instruments and decide what to continue with private lessons afterwards. Teachers are very nice, they even made a birthday card for the student whom happened to be turning 8 on the last day of camp, full of caring and love. Awesome school with awesome teachers and staffs.

A Heartfelt Review for Joyful Melodies Music School and Mr. Thomas Our family has had an exceptional experience with Joyful Melodies Music School, where our 5.5-year-old son has been learning piano under the attentive guidance of Mr. Thomas. As a teacher, Mr. Thomas has been nothing short of incredible, demonstrating qualities such as kindness, patience, and a genuine understanding of how to work with young children. Our son began his musical journey with no prior knowledge of music, and in just three months, he has made significant progress. He is now able to read music books and comprehends a wide range of musical symbols, which is a testament to Mr. Thomas's excellent teaching methods. What sets Mr. Thomas apart from other music teachers is his ability to encourage and motivate our son, fostering a love for learning that goes beyond just playing the piano. His approach to teaching is warm and nurturing, making every lesson enjoyable and engaging for our son. The positive and supportive atmosphere at Joyful Melodies Music School has undoubtedly contributed to our son's growth and development as a budding musician. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to have our son learn from Mr. Thomas at Joyful Melodies Music School, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent looking to introduce their child to the world of music. The dedication and passion that Mr. Thomas and the school's staff exhibit are truly inspiring, and we are excited to see our son continue to flourish under their guidance.

I'm an adult violin learner here, I will highly recommend this music school!A good school with a talented and passionated teachers! My teacher is Susan, she is great! Even I'm struggling with learning violin, as an adult learner, because I have to work, and I also have to run the errands for my family. But my teacher always encourage me, everytime she will let me know I'm making progress, and that's enough to celebrate! she always leads me to see the bright side! During COVID-19, she wants to encourage me keeping learning violin, she arranges an adult violin learning group, which is all the violin adult learners like me, we perform and share our journey. After the violin performing meeting, all of us are so happy and want to keep learning and practice more! I will say she tries to find any ways to empower me and give me the motivation( in a very good way). I will keep learning violin with Joyful Melodies Music School!

I find this school to be too unreliable and not customer service oriented at all. First, we tried to enroll our daughter in a camp where she was one month shy of the age range (it was offered via our city's recreation department where many other camps do make such age exceptions or we wouldn't have asked), and they said no (and not politely). Second, we purchased a gift certificate for classes at the music school from our elementary school's auction, but when we called to enroll, they told us that they nothing available that would be appropriate for our girls, so the gift certificate went to waste. Third, I just found out that the winter break camp we had enrolled in is being cancelled, with only one month's notice. That's three strikes - no more chances Joyful Melodies.
