Miguel was very helpful and got me all the information I needed right away so I could get it to my storage unit manager to show proof of insurance. The office is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I might have.

I sold my car, so I called to cancel my policy. George picked up, was very nice, and helped me through the process in a timely manner. This State Farm office has supported and continues to support my family for over 11 years now. I don't have a car at the moment - but I can promise you that when I get a new one, the first thing I'm doing is picking up the phone and calling George at Jason Stefely's office.

Jason, I have had extensive dealings with George Britz since May of this year. I had problems getting my auto collision issues resolved, extending out until just recently, and George has been such an amazing support - explaining processes to me, acting as an advocate with other dealings, clarifying misunderstandings, and all with much patience and a great sense of humor.
Years ago I dealt with Dennis Whittaker who was very hands on - I do understand that each agent has different styles, but George has given me the hands on support that Dennis use to, and it has been much less aggravating and frustrating to have his support - explanations, interventions, etc. I am aware that he isn't assigned to me, or really directly involved with my claims, yet he has still made the time to do so much to help me get clear that I want to stay with State Farm, with this kind of support.
I appreciate him, and you leadership of this firm, so very much!! Thanks again,

Visited State Farm today to add insurance for a new vehicle. George Britz handled the addition very professionally and with a friendly attitude. We enjoy visiting the office for our insurance needs rather than the impersonal on-line experience. We will be back!

The process of getting auto insurance was really smooth thanks to Blair Harris and Helen Do !! They made efforts to get me the best price and explained the variables really nicely.
