Maggie Paul and her husband,Ben Paul, brought AAA roofing,s Isidro Lopez, to make minor repairs. They broke cut, and remove the roof materials, painted with non-water proof coating materials before we arrived, and created many leaking spots on the ceiling, and will cost a lot money to recover. This company and Isidro don't answer my calls but only answers Ben Paul's calls. As a real estate agent, Maggie Paul should protect potential clients and take responsibilities. The office manager of Intero really needs to re-educate agents to follow ethical standards. The whole agency ethics should be enforced strictly.

Celia Ni is a realtor for this company. She refused to show me a rental property when we met up in person in East Palo Alto even after we conferred via text and phone calls. I felt discriminated by her. This matter needs to be dealt with before she harms other clients.

I have asked the Husain office to stop sending me their fliers since I do not have any plans on selling me home at 1952 Big Bend, They continue to harassed by sending me their fliers. An agency who refuses to comply with a homeowners request is far from being professional. I will never do business with this company or refer them to any of my friends.
