I went there twice,gave all documents paid close to 300$ then no communication from them at all.Having to wait for at least 30 mins on automated long call and no would come on call.Disappointed dissatisfied with the service,too high charge,no prompt communication. They picked up call very fast before tax deadline….super slow, sitting there just to snatch money like 300$ when tax filing actually costs 150$ after tax deadline is gone they will disappear.Wont recommend friends or anyone. Having to go through trouble and dissatisfaction because of this!

They emailed me to tell me that I owed nothing for my tax return, because I did it online with a tax professional and then she charged me over $200.00!

Exceptional service by the tax professional who prepared my tax returns for the past few years. The tax professional (Jaya) is meticulous, patient, knowledgeable, and very accommodating in making some minor changes. I am very happy with the service I received as well as with the ease of using the online portal!

No return calls from Zori. After speaking with Zori and her apologizing for the no return call we rescheduled our appointment she was very friendly professional and saved us some penalties and lower cost in our bill from our last taxpayers which was horrible the name of that place is Tax Reducers on Winchester Blvd in San Jose CA do not go to them.

Zori was enjoyable to work with. She was knowledgeable and friendly. My price went up from last year. Generally I like to support small businesses but some of the other quotes from other businesses I got were too high (one was $846!), so I went with H and R block. May look elsewhere next year.
