Absolutely love the guitar I got from them. For a custom guitar, you’re not going to find more customization options, better build quality, better customer service, and better price anywhere else.

My son broke a string, they kindly immediately replaced it. The person who attended me explained they make custom guitars and showed me some of their jobs, he also enlightened me about the process.
