Mechanics didn’t put the spare tire back to my truck after tire replacement. Allegedly didn’t have the tools, thought they were in the car (and they should know that).

Slow service at the front desk, personnel a bit arrogant and just a simple tire mount took 45min. They don’t seem to have any sense of urgency. Too much hassle for a single tire. Not coming back to this place.

Best Goodyear, I always come here for service and they always got me covered. The front desk people are great and friendly really good at explaining everything and answering all my questions. The mechanics always do a great job on my Subaru never leave it messy. 10/10 would recommend this location. Thanks for the great service !

Having driven from far away it was time for an oil change.
I stopped somewhere else but came here because they have Valvoline Full Synthetic High Mileage oil. I also requested a full Synthetic filter.
I did not have too wait long for the service and all went well.
My only concern was the suggestion to replace my serpentine belt. It was changed ten days prior before I left on my long drive.
The facilities were neat, fairly clean and well kept.
All employees from the counter to the car were very pleasant and nice.
I would come back here if I were a local.

Horrible place - Expect a 2-3 hour wait for a simple oil change EVEN with an appointment - Plus they are a "Bait and switch" on the price. Correction - WORSE than that - According to the manager, making an appointment only means the vehicle will be done by the end of the day, EVEN for a simple oil change - It could take all day. No kidding - WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT??? Plus the staff are rude! YIGES - AVOID THIS PLACE! This is the Goodyear on North Deanza Blvd in Cupertino.

Steven with the long hair really helped with equalizing my tire pressure and helped to reset the tire sensors. He didn’t take any tips or money and was very insightful about cars. Also resourceful as a problem solver

They installed new tires manufactured 2 years ago. 2 tires had different manufacturing dates. Also they have not cleaned the tires after installation. Left the store with dirty wheels.
