It is a great apartment complex. During my 2 years there (2021-2023), it is a pleasant experience interacting with the leasing office, and all maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The apartment is well maintained with lush green trees, relaxing creeks, and colorful flowers. It is also in a very convenient location with lots of grocery store and restaurant in the area. 85 and 280 are just minutes away, but you do not hear noises from them.

As a tenant, I recently had some issues with our refrigerator making noise and the bathtub's paint peeling off. But thanks to the property manager, Remi, and the maintenance expert, Jose, these problems were resolved swiftly, and I'm extremely pleased with their service.Remi's prompt response to the noisy refrigerator was impressive. She coordinated with Jose for a speedy repair, and now our refrigerator is wonderfully quiet. Similarly, Remi and Jose's prompt action quickly fixed the peeling paint on our bathtub.In summary, Remi and Jose's service was exceptional. Their efficiency and professionalism highlight the excellent property management here. I'm grateful for their high-quality service, which has significantly enhanced our living experience. Kudos to Remi and Jose for their outstanding work.

I recently had an issue with my dryer where it suddenly stopped spinning. I was concerned about the inconvenience this would cause, but the response from my apartment maintenance team was outstanding. Remi and Jose came in on the same day I reported the issue, which was incredibly reassuring.The repair process was impressively fast and professional. Both Remi and Jose displayed a high level of expertise and managed to fix the problem without any hassle. The whole experience was smooth.The next day, they reached out to ensure that everything was still working well. This level of customer service is greatly appreciated.I am thoroughly satisfied with the maintenance service at Glenbrook and want to extend my gratitude to Remi, Jose, and the entire team for their exceptional work.

It’s very good to use sports facilities in the apartment, fitness, swimming pool, tennis, etc. In addition, the garden is well managed, so you can enjoy walk. When I ask for repairs in the house, they will immediately repair it.

We lived in Glenbrook apartment less than 2 years, and we are very happy with the service and facility. Management were very responsive. We recommend it to everyone.

I lived at this community for exactly 2 year and moved out recently. I really like the lovely landscape surrounded by many plants, flowers and sometimes lovely animals. The apartment itself is well-maintained but it is a bit old. However, every time I had problem with the facility in my apartment, the maintenance team always come for inspection in a timely manner and got it fixed straight away. My apartment was in the second floor and it was facing west, so the only point that can be improved is to upgrade the AC as the current AC is not helping at all with the strong afternoon sun during the summer time.I would like to recommend this community to people who love nature as you feel like living in a beautiful garden. Thank you so much to Lizzi and Corey who helped me during the moving in process and also to Darla who helped for a smooth moving out. Thumbs up for the great maintenance team too!

The tour, guided by Lizzi, was great. They were patient in showing me around the community, and the apartments of my choice. The community itself is lush with greenery, and the amenities are great! I personally like the outdoor fitness centers. The apartments themselves are a bit old, as this community was built in the 70s. I decided to lease the apartment, so I will update the review with further details upon move-in

The front desk woman got very upset at me because her door had a will return sign on it but as a guest I needed to return my keys since my checkout was before 9am. She practically lectured me and was very rude and as a manager you must help your guests and not have a damn attitude! Overall horrible service very rude and very unprofessional. There's so much more to this but I'm keeping it simple. Rooms were nice but the managing woman is very rude and for the price you'd think she'd have some decent and respect to guests visiting family members, but she was rude multiple times. I know everyone's experiences are different but this was mine and I have never came across a manager this rude.

The main reason I'm updating my review is because after moving to a new apartment and seeing how clean it is, I remembered that when we first moved into Glenbrook, the hardwood floor was unbelievably dusty. I thought it just hadn't been occupied for a while so didn't mind cleaning it, but now I think it can be disappointing for some people to move in and have to clean before putting their nice items or mattress down. We also didn't even tour the place before signing the lease though so that was on us.I'm sure it was professionally cleaned at some point as the mirrors and counters were fine, and it might just be because the apartment we chose was older and dust/bugs could easily get through the door. Throughout our 2+ years there, the dust was definitely abnormal now that I think of it. Every two days there would be a thin layer of what looked like fine lint (which I thought was from our towels) on the top of our toilet, but we don't get that in our new place at all. There was a period where I mopped the floor every single day yet the next day, the flat mop head would still end up dirty after cleaning a roughly 1 square meter area. I think that part is normal though, at least. Eventually I just gave up and only mopped once a week since we wear rubber washable slippers all the time anyway.

We lived in Glenbrook for exactly 3 years. We moved in there at the start of the pandemic after some very stressful transitions in life. Glenbrook gave us the peace that we most needed for those years. It's a beautiful and well-maintained community that almost looks like a hotel resort. Great community for kids in particular. Their support services is usually just a phone call or email away. And their exit process is really fair and reasonable. Would like to especially acknowledge Lizzie for helping us with a smooth entry process and Darla for a smooth exit process. Would highly recommend this community!

Update:After posting my review, I was contacted by the Management regarding the late fee that was charged. They promptly addressed the issue and agreed to revert the fee. Additionally, they provided an explanation for turning off the auto-rent-pay feature on my account and sincerely apologized for any inconvenience caused.Original:Me and my wife had the pleasure of residing in Glenbrook for over 2 years, and for the most part, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the community. However, our experience during the move-out process left a lot to be desired, prompting me to give them a one-star rating.Despite providing timely notification of our move-out, we encountered a frustrating issue with the management. They unexpectedly deactivated our auto-rent-payment account and later imposed a $25 charge for late payment.When we reached out to request the waiver of the late fee, we explained that our last payment would have been automatically processed if our account hadn't been deactivated. Unfortunately, our plea was completely disregarded. This situation has left us disappointed not only because of the monetary aspect but also due to the concerns regarding morality and ethics.While we had a generally positive experience living in Glenbrook, the mishandling of our move-out process and the subsequent lack of consideration have marred our overall impression of the community. We hope that such issues are addressed in the future to ensure a more satisfactory experience for residents.

My experience with Glenbrook was great until I recently moved out. Great location and grate facility. However, management billed me ~$600 cleaning fee after I moved out, including painting charges to repaint the entire house. There are only a few marks on the walls but they argued that painting the entire house is needed and I need to pay for all painting fees.

I moved here about 3 months ago. Very nice amenities, good fitting, professional and helpful leasing office and community office staff, nice community and neighbors.
