We've been renting a charming little Palo Alto home from First Statewide for 6 years and it's been a wonderful experience. Natalie and her team have always taken care of us and the property - responding to questions or maintenance requests with speed and ease. If you're in the Bay Area and need a place to rent, I can't imagine there's a better company to work with!

We were tenants at a property managed by First Statewide Reality for over 2 years. We were really happy and impressed with their service.Natalie manages overall operations efficiently and rest of the staff are very responsive and attentive. The best part with First Statewide is their use of technology. All interactions are streamlined thru an online system including rent payment and service requests.I recommend them with confidence.

Natalie McNany: Is absolutely the best property manager!She took over a mess! My sister and myself inherited 4 units in San Jose CA, they were poorly managed, under rented and in bad shape. We fired the property manager, and Natalie came highly recommended! What a change.........! She returns calls and emails promptly, fixes renters problems very fast.( Our renters love her) We do too! Can't say enough about her!

Gabrielle at Statewide is for amazing. She is so quick to respond to every request. The vendors she sends out for repairs are all very professional and know exactly what needs to be done for any repair needed. They are quick to respond as well and schedule appointments and come ready to help. We are so happy we chose Statewide and are very happy in our new home.

FSR has been my property manager for about a decade now. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Especially Natalie.Natalie is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She handles requests from my tenants and keeps me informed. She has found excellent tenants for me who took very good care of my property. And I have had remarkably low turn over.She has been wonderful at making suggestions to benefit both me and my tenant. She takes the initiative when appropriate, but she always keeps me informed.As far as bookkeeping goes, FSR is great. I receive copies of any receipts for repairs, cleaning, whatever. I have had other property managers that barely manage to list things on the statement much less give me details. This is so helpful and important - especially around tax time.I highly recommend this company for their property management. You can't do better then them.

I had a great experience renting through First Statewide Realty. They were very professional, clearly explaining rental agreements and expectations, and were quite accommodating. They were prompt about responding to communications and maintenance requests. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area.

Really good folks. Not only worked with me in a friendly way to get repairs taken care of, but also consistently followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was all set.Also (and I'm sure I also have the owner of the house I rented to thank) they never raised the rent in the nearly 3 years I lived in the place.I'd be delighted to rent a place under FSR's management again!
