Phone support is awful. Couldn't get past a robo phone system to get a simple question answered. Saving $ on their phone IT at the cost of terrible customer experience. Called UPS instead and a much better experience with a real person.

Pompous and condescending. Demanded they repackage at significant cost for absolutely no reason. Went down the street to ups and they accepted with no problem.
Do yourself a favor and head to ups down the street instead

Went to this location Saturday to ship. The only person there was an autistic employee or a serious doped up one. He could hardly type and kept asking the same question to the lady in front of me. She was frustrated and the people behind me as well. Watching this employee struggle for 15-20 minutes, I decide to race over to the Stevens Creek location. They were able to help me. A supervisor needs to be present with this lone employee. Don’t go here unless you have 30-60 minutes to ship. Not me.

Terrible experience today while attempting to FedEx an important package. The staff who was assisting was slow but helpful- it was clear that he was struggling to complete the task successfully which was still understandable, however the other staff member (a lady) was simply observing without offering any kind of assistance or support. It was clear that she wanted her colleague to struggle and the customer to be disappointed. After waiting 30 minutes for a simple FedEx shipment I decided to leave without completing my order. Highly disappointed with the lack of empathy and care for their own colleagues and in turn for their customers. Safe to say I’ll be sharing my experience with everyone I know.

This is my go to location for shipping. Staff are always helpful and polite. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they do often seem short-staffed and there is often a wait because of that.

I went to this place to print some photos for a gift. They were serving someone else so just wait it was 5:50 and the person at the register made a “joke” that I should help them clean for coming in at that time. When they finally decided to assist me, they told me that they did not provide that photo printing service there. When I left, the clients who were there told me maybe they heard your accent and just didn't want to serve you because they do provide that service here. Totally discriminatory! They should hire people with better human quality and less lazy!

Note: We are placing this review after several of the same experiences.Review: Extremely Poor Staff, passively rude they do not acknowledge customers with a polite “I will be with you etc.”! Perhaps they only hire emotionally traumatized employees, but If You Need Assistance - GO TO ANOTHER STORE… because you will WAIT, and WAIT, and WAIT, with a passively aggressive seemingly damaged staff person, for 20 to 30 minutes!! We shifted to the other excellent FedEx Stores (Santa Clara) after so many undeserved rude experiences … JUST GO TO ANOTHER STORE, NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO ENDURE THESE POORLY MANNERED CLERKS!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to print passport photos, he said the machine will only take files in a usb drive, I paid for computer access to load the files, he then said the dimensions wouldn’t work, and attempted to charge me $21 anyway for the “digital copy”.Only when I was about to throw a fit did he let me leave. Do not come here

Terrible service, gave me damaged product and refused to fix it.I went for passport pictures, they charged $15 and one of them has a scratch on it, they said I scratched while stapling, but I went home and tried it does not scratch because of that. It is their printer problem.Regardless one extra print probably will cost them $0.2, but they want to charge me $5. Greedy greedy...
