It is in the building to the left once you go up the stairs and the door was unlocked when I got there. It says pick up is at 3pm and there are shipping supplies next to the box if you need them.

The map location has been updated to the correct spot where the FedEx drop box is located. It is inside the office building but the door should be unlocked during weekdays at least (not sure what times though).

It’s in one of the office buildings. It looks like you might need to badge in but the door is unlocked.

Map point slightly off. The drop box is located inside the lobby of the office building on the right just behind this map point (not the residential bldg). The doors are unlocked Monday-Friday from 8amish-5pmish. Drop box pick up at 430 M-F.
