Ruined my hair after getting a perm here. I grew my hair out for 4 months to get a perm wanted curtain bangs and it was cut too short compared to reference photos but the front of my head still looked fine no complaints. Although the cut was ok the perm was not, large parts of my hair also broke off and the back of my head now looks like a mess and the curls are a lot tighter than reference. Ive gotten perms in the past and this is the only time I've had large patches of hair break off. Overall the price is quite expensive for the result that i got. Leaving a mixed review cause for a cut its fine and service was great but knocking it for the quality of the perm and large patches of hair breakage which has never happened to me before

My second time getting a digital perm from Bora, shes the nicest person ever, and always holds herself to a high standard. Very friendly and knows exactly what shes doing, if you come here you know you're in good hands!

I had to book an appointment two months in advance but it was worth every second of the wait! Just from three reference photos Bora was able to deliver exactly what I wanted without any further explanations! (jungkook's perm but with a flared back like a wolfs cut) She was really nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process ( it was only two hours!) and provided drinks and snacks for free! I'd definitely come back if I didn't have to move away soon :)

The owner is very friendly, however the price doesn't match the quality of the service. I had a perm a while ago, but the result was far from close to the photo example I was showed. The layering is very unsmooth and caused a weird edge on the back of my hair. Also my hair is way dryer and damaged compared to the perm I had before.

Bora was very nice and accommodating. This was my first time getting a perm and she made everything comfortable and was happy to share her thoughts on what would look good. Everything was neat, the process was smooth and Bora was happy to answer any questions and was very fun to talk to. Would recommend you come check out her studio.

No one pick up calls, get text back, price is super high. Almost $500 for a perm. A bit unreasonable. Owner didn't like my review and keep messaging me/it's consider harassment! If you cannot be nice. Don't message.

This was my first time getting a digital perm, and Bora was so patient and informative with my questions. I think I was actually more excited about the haircut she gave me at the end of the day. I asked for lots of layers and she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted!!! I knew it was going to be a high quality cut when I saw her only doing point cuts, and I highly appreciated how she went over my whole head several times to check and re-check that both sides were even. Not to mention, she was extremely fast! I also really enjoyed the little details, like how she gives you a robe, has a little cart for your glasses and earrings, and puts Netflix on a little iPad for you, gives you a face shield to protect your eyes from little hairs. As for the perm, Bora asked me a lot of questions about my hair routine (i.e. if I blow dry, at night or in the morning, how often I wash my hair). She also gave me very detailed after care instructions at the end, and even gave me suggestions to just hand twist my hair if I'm feeling too lazy. I could tell that she really cared about giving you a perm that would match your lifestyle! I asked for the C-curl perm and at the end of the session, I was blown away by the result--so many layers and so much definition!!! She even gave me a free hair mask as I was leaving!! After I went home that night, I blow dried with a round brush to shape my hair a little bit and my hair stayed so easily!! All in all, Bora is 100% worth booking far in advance for! Hers was the only salon around that I found had lots of experience in not only doing digital perms but several different styles! I was very confident in choosing Épris before I even came in for my appointment. She is on the pricier side, but provides high quality service, is kind and gentle, and again, she genuinely cares about your hair even after you leave the salon!

This was my first time at Epris, but definitely not my last! I had permed my hair about 8 months ago at a different salon and the curls fell out within a week, so I was definitely nervous about getting it permed again. Bora was so thoughtful in making sure the type of perm fit with my personal hair routine. I'm extremely lazy/low maintenance with my hair, and Bora assured me that the glam perm was a no-muss-no-fuss style. I'm SO happy with how my hair turned out! Although this is one of the priciest salons I've been to (I have long hair and paid $500+), you definitely get a high- quality experience in return. I would recommend Bora's services to anyone thinking about getting a fabulous perm!

Overall: 5/5 My husband decided to get his hair permed and decided to choose Epris because they had the most customer photos. The first time, the perm didn't look very wavy but added a bit of texture to his hair. The second time, he requested for it to be more wavy and it turned out exactly how he wanted it to be!

Came in for a trim and a digital perm. I asked for big curls starting higher up on my head and she said she'd have to give me layers to get curls to start higher up. We agreed on a 2 inch trim and layers, but it ended up being a ton of hair removed including more length than agreed upon. Curls turned out small and tight. I generally don't mind a shorter haircut, but my main issue is the way the layers were cut around my face and also, my hair is much more damaged and drier than my previous perm experience at a different salon. It's been about a month since my cut and perm and while I am getting the hang of styling these tighter curls, I will not be back.

This my first time getting a perm and Bora was fantastic at walking me through what to expect. Her shop was the cleanest and most organized shop I've been to. I ended up getting the best haircut I've had to date. She was very nice and hyper efficient as well. 100% would recommend.

I had an amazing experience with my haircut by Bora at Epris for the first time. I was really happy with how my hair turned out and Bora is such a sweet and professional hairdresser. Moreover, the studio is very spacious and clean, super well ventilated, and only one client at a time, which is a great relief to customers like us since we are still in a pandemic. 10/10 will recommend all my friends!
