The staff and the doctor were amazing and helpful. I brought my 1.5 year old son there, we didn't get to wait. The doc was very friendly with my son and good with kid. The facility was very clean too.

This was the best urgent care experience ever. The staff and doctor are so helpful, friendly, and efficient. I felt cared for the minute I walked in the door and was so grateful for everyone at this location. I will absolutely recommend this location and feel confident in going here in the future.

We arrived before 5:30pm and the close time is 6pm. There was no patient in the clinic but the doctor said he can’t treat us because they need appointment.The were very cold and didn’t have any sympathy for patient. Go if you want to waist your time and made your kid disappointed.

They’re one of the few urgent cares around who can do x-rays in-house. On the three visits I’ve had there, the “doctor” has been a Physician Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner (thanks Jennifer and Vanessa) but not to worry, NPs and PAs are highly trained clinicians, also known as advanced practitioners. They were friendly, caring and capable, and I felt I got a good diagnosis and the right treatment.The communication and scheduling system is very nicely done through an optional, well thought-out app, and they post all your treatment notes, lab results, and imaging right in your account so it’s easy to access any time. They can even give you your data on a USB flash drive to conveniently hand it over to your regular provider. Although it was easy to get an appointment quickly, that wasn’t a factor in my star rating, because the location is still new, and I think the more word gets around, they’ll be busier.I had a hard time finding the place the first time because I expected it to be inside the shopping center, but the storefront is actually right on Vallco Parkway, facing the street. I have a great primary care doctor for the major, chronic, or tricky health issues, but this is definitely my go-to clinic for run-of-the-mill ouchies and boo-boos.

I recently visited this urgent care, and I am thrilled to give it a 5-star review. The staff's friendliness and hospitality truly stood out, making my experience exceptionally positive. They were incredibly caring, taking the time to ensure I received the right treatment and addressing my concerns with genuine concern. I highly recommend this urgent care for their outstanding service and genuine commitment to patient well-being.

I was attended by Denise Anderson who despite me mentioning my symptoms did not bother to assess me appropriately. At the least you expect the provider to check your throat and ears when you are mentioning that you have a sore throat and ear ache. She should not be attending the patients if she does not have the ability to assess and treat them appropriately. She was in and out of the room with in 2-3 minutes. That’s not enough time to talk to a patient let alone assess and treat them. Subpar care.

Receptionist is very rude and not helpful. I see more reviews about the receptionist being rude, I hope management does something about this

So far we went there twice. Both of my kids got treated immediately so they could suffer less. The office is very clean. All staff and doctors are very patient and nice. Highly recommend. Btw they have X-ray machine onsite so if you need X-ray you do not need to drive to other places. So convenient.

Because of an eye infection, I went to this urgent care last Saturday. I had a similar infection last year and requested them to prescribe the same medicine, but they refused. They confidently told me that my symptoms this time were different from last year's and gave me antibiotics eye drops. After using them twice in the afternoon, my eye got worse - it became red and swollen. I called them, and they left the decision of whether to continue the medicine up to me, without offering any professional advice. Anyway, I went to see an eye specialist today, and as expected, my symptoms were the same as last year. The specialist prescribed the same medicine as last year. Going to that urgent care was just a waste of time.

They receptionist is rude. The nurses are no better. They could pull no records of prior visit. They charge specialist fee and not urgent care fee as marked on your Insurance card. You don’t feel welcome or any empathy for your condition from the staff there.They are nice to each other though! I saw them smiling when they were talking to each other but not with any customers.I have decided to never come back here.

My son got a bad cut by scissors late afternoon on Sunday. I found most of the Urgent Cares were closed. Luckily that Cupertino Urgent Care was still open. Dr Gilbert and Assistant Wendy were very patient and efficient. My son was calm down by their nice attitudes and taken care well by their professional practices. Great job and I am glad that we have a nice urgent care in our neighborhood!

I’ve been to this urgent care location 3 times now in the last 2 months because I just seem to have a stroke of bad luck with constant injuries etc. but I have to say this establishment is the ideal place to go when you need help. The entire staff here is incredibly kind, personable and caring. I’ve been here for 3 very different issues and all were handled with care by 3 different doctors.Scheduling is super smooth online and parking is pretty easy to find as well. The waiting times are also incredibly short even when I’m told it might be a while.I don’t plan on being back haha but if I have to visit urgent care it will absolutely be at this place. :)

The front desk and radiology ladies were too nice. They went above and beyond to help me even when they didn't have to.They're my angels. I hope the angels always protect them everyday. They made my day.If they accept your insurance, please come to this location for your urgent care needs.Patient service that's this good is very hard to find elsewhere.
