I have been using FedEx for document delivery to India, but wanted to try DHL given the difference in price. Quite happy with the service, and while was not guaranteed they did arrive on the same day as FedEx would have delivered. Very happy!

I want to thank the staff at the Cupertino DHL Express office for making it possible to get dialysis supplies delivered to Israel. The company that deals with the solutions said we needed to get the other necessary supplies to Israel since Israel uses a different type of dialysis machines.We attempted to use the DHL online tools and it was just too confusing. We could not find any of the codes we needed that matches the dialysis supplies.We brought our supplies in, we were able to use our boxes, the staff entered the necessary data into their forms and within one hour we were shipping our boxes of supplies.The take away is bring in your list of items, quantity, price and Material Safety Data sheets (MSDS/SDS) and then let the DHL staff help you fill out the export papers.

This was my first time visiting this store to drop off a package. Their bright yellow trademark color was prominently displayed both in the parking lot and inside the store, making it very eye-catching. The store itself was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious, and it had a pleasant smell – I couldn’t identify the type of air freshener they used, but it was enjoyable. The lady working there was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service!! I had to email some important immigration documents internationally and they were able to answer my concerns, packaged and shipped my documents safely and securely reaching before time. Person at the service center was patient and helpful. Keep it up!
