Literally the worst commission I’ve ever had at a reception desk. Although the doctor examined my pet and explained well about him, the people working front are just terrible. Bad manners ( slam the phone/unprofessional talking way) and they don’t do anything about what they promised before like sending necessary medical information or billing invoices.

I found a stray cat and bought her to De Anza vet scanning microchip.
The staffs are super friendly and borrowed me a carrier.

They have been great with my rabbits and cat. They are nice folks. The clinic is clean. The pricing is not on the higher end. I've been to many Vets over the years and this is one of my favorite.

TLDR; Don't walk, RUN from this place.
I've had pets for more than 16 years and never have I come across such a rude tech vet and unprofessional staff. They don't care about your time and they will try to charge you for things you never approved of or asked for.
I only wanted to get my kittens microchipped and left the place paying almost 500 bucks. We had an appointment at 2 PM, arrived at 1:55 PM and there was no staff on sight to check us in until 2:20 PM... that's at least 20 minutes that we could have spent doing anything else. We waited at least another 15 minutes to see the vet after they took the weight and temperature of my kittens. It was 2:45 PM when we finally got to see the vet, which is quite outrageous considering the appointment was for 2 PM.
I will admit the vet seemed pretty knowledgeable, answered my questions, she was polite and personable. She provided her opinions and gave me a complete checklist of what she recommends I do with my kittens... however, I never asked for that advice and I only wanted to get my kittens microchipped. I wish she wouldn’t have made the assumption that I’m a complete noob and didn’t waste time telling me things I already knew. I was given an extremely confusing invoice afterwards, I approved 2 (TWO) out of the more than 10 procedures they wanted to do. The vet tech then took my kittens back and vaccinated them even though I never approved that, she then told us we had to pay regardless because they can't undo the procedure, yelled at us and blocked the door of the room so we couldn’t get out when we mentioned we wanted to speak to her manager as we obviously wouldn't pay for a service we didn't ask for. The tech was extremely rude and kept trying to defend herself in an extremely confrontational manner. When we asked to file a complain about her, the manager asked us to voice our complains to her right in front of the tech. We declined as it would only cause more arguments, I am not their friend or sibling to be yelling back and forth, I am a PAYING CUSTOMER and should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times as I never yelled at her or disrespected her in any way. I just stated I would not pay for a service I didn't want or ask for. It's very disturbing and concerning that the staff acts like this is a high school and not a place of business.

The doctor really invested time to speak about our cats. The staff was very friendly and the faculty is clean. What more could you want?

Stay away from this Clinic if you have ANY other options. Find a honest one. My pet went through infections and some crew was extremely hungry to sell lab test with over $1k cost, claiming it's important to root cause the infection. She promised the clinic will communicate with me in 3 days and the diagnose will not be completed without the lab results and follow-up. Fine. Guess what? No calls or email after 5 days, nothing. A month later someone claim they emailed me the lab result but never bothered to call me or discuss the infection. Never found it with their daily spam emails. All they care is to push you do the costly lab tests which turns out completely irrelevant. Not sure what happed to this clinic but it's now a shady business with very thirsty individuals, they care way more about upselling & $$$ than your pets' actual health. Stay away.

I had a really bad experience at Silicone Valley Vet where I had no choice of bringing my pet bunny for emergency lip laceration repair at 9pm. So, for the follow up on lip laceration repair, I chose De Anza Vet. They did not have an opening but after hearing my concerns about infection at the laceration repair site, the doc saw my bunny when she had a little bit of time in between other cases. I was very happy how the doc called me and took the time to explain the status of the laceration repair and discussed the treatment plan. Staff were also very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Doctor Greenspan is amazing with our pet mice! We tried other exotic clinics/vets in the area for the past year but now our girls are loyal patients to De Anza.

I took my leopard gecko here after having no luck finding other available vets nearby. It was the best choice I made for my pet. The staff at DeAnza Vet Clinic were amazing and extremely supportive. The veterinarian was especially great. I felt a great sense of comfort and trust because of their excellent expertise and empathy. They made sure I understood what services my pet would receive and what the aftercare would look like for us at home. DeAnza staff helped me all the way through my gecko's unfortunate death. They supported me through the euthanization process, as well as the cremation process. I can't thank this clinic enough. They were truly kind, genuine, and sincere. I will be taking my other pets to this clinic too!

Friendly, affordable “mom and pop” vet. Been in business for years and it’s obvious why. Our cat gets top notch care and recommendations/options when her allergies can’t be quelled by meds alone. They discuss things thoroughly and I always feel they care for the animals that they see!
