I just want to say how much I appreciated Maria M on 6/1/24. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She is very helpful and efficient. Also, i want to add that i prefer this Cupertino CVS store because every associate I have encountered there has been very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have shopped here since it was Longs Drug Store. ( many years) love the employees, item availability, employees, ect. Until recently....Wednesday evening my daughter and I stopped by to grab a few things, spoke to an employee even. Got our items and proceeded to the checkout as I noticed the same employee I had spoken to had been following us around the store, everywhere we went she went all the way to check out. I understand theft is a big problem however not everyone wants to steal from your store. Being followed (obviously) is not acceptable to me that makes me NOT want to shop here. When you do nothing to stop the people who do take stuff yet you hover over legit shoppers that doesn't make sense to me. A Security Guard that is allowed to STOP theft should be hired

The workers are so friendly and willing to help customers once you get into the store. ?It’s a neighborhood drug store and has stayed this location for more than decades after Longs. it’s very convenient.Stay strong??

Angel at the Denza store In Cupertino was amazing! She helped me with my insurance issue and got me a great discount when my meds weren't covered. So patient, super nice and really smart! I will never change pharmacies! They are the best store imo and I've been a patient with cvs for 20 years?

My wife and myself are very impressed by pharmacist Nova. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful. She always makes you feel welcome.CVS got an amazing pharmacy, outstanding customer service. They treat you with nice smile and get you served in timely manner.

We were on vacation in California this past winter break and we spent a lot of time in this CVS getting medicines or even going to the minute clinic. My husband made an appointment for the clinic because he was having head congestion. It was easy to make an appointment and we were glad it was close to where we were staying. This CVS is so crowded at the pharmacy. There's another CVS close by but that pharmacy is never open, so that's probably why everyone comes to this CVS. The lines are so long but once you get to the front, the people working there are patient and efficient. While my husband was in the room for the clinic, my daughter and I was walking around the store. We found some pretty good deals on Christmas items for 50% off. After my husband was done, they gave him some anitbiotics and we were on our way. He said the room was small but he was glad to be seen.

The staff are really helpful, and the times I've called needing to speak with the pharmacist I didn't have to wait very long, and the pharmacist also remembered me when I picked up the prescription. The lines are never fun, but lines seem par for the course at pharmacies.

The employees here are rude and are not good at customer service. Pick a different job if you can't be nice to your customers. I told this lady the cvs photo app didn't allow me to checkout, so I couldn't use the online discount code I received in my email. She just said.. you have to do it online and yelled at me. Isn't the app considered online? I'm not going back to this location for anything.

They immediately closed the pharmacy as I arrived. They said they close the pharmacy every day from 12 pm to 1pm.

The staff are very friendly. The facility is too small and crowded. Made appointment for flu shot. Arrived ten minutes early. Check in is disorganized. The vaccine area was pinched in an aisle. Very crowded because shots are scheduled in fifteen minute intervals. The person administering the shots was taking ten minutes per person. The family of four that was ahead of us made us at least an half late. We left. Too make matters worse. The family of four brought their dog with them that was hopping about. Sanitary conditions for vaccines? Do not recommend this place.

The person at the cashier named Sin Ming is incompetent. She couldn't give me a digital version of my passport picture. There are people that got a digital version from buying the memory stick. She is obviously ignorant about it. What kind of store that takes professional pictures can't provide you with a digital version?

Nada the girl at the ront desk showed excellent customer service.i had to pick up a photo print in short notice for my kid's school project.she facilitated that very patiently with a smile though its peak business hours.Great attitude of this youngster towards her job!No AI can replace such staff member's kindness!Thank you
