Unfortunately, had a very bad experience. Booked them for car wash. They didnt show up during the suggested arrival window. They didnt message or call me that they would be late and didn't pick up when I tried to reach them.
Also - they actually called me the night before and asked me if I could do specifically that time window, which makes it even worse that they couldnt make it.
I will look for other options to wash my car.

First time experience using Curbee as one of Tire Rack's trusted installers after going to Costco and America's Tire for years.Communication is pretty good. They text me to schedule the service once they received my Tire Rack order. On the day of, the tire install team was running a bit late but gave me a heads up via text. No big deal since I was working from home.Convenient. They come to me when I'm at home. Saves me time and effort from having to drive to a shop and wait.Customer service seems pretty good. During the install, Damien (shout out to you bro) was very transparent. Halfway through the install, the battery in their van ran out of juice so they weren't able to finish the entire job. Wasn't their fault - they came back a few days later once their vans were in order and finished the job. They made sure they were balanced and gave me a few minutes to drive around the block to make sure it felt good.I would personally use their service again and see how it goes the next time around. This is not for everyone but the convenience factor is a plus!

I reached out to Curbee to install tires I purchased from Tire Rack. They are a recommended installer when purchasing tires from Tire Rack so was looking forward to an easy install. Curbee added a $10 fee at the time of making the appointment, but overall, still affordable. A couple of days before the install date I was notified my appointment window was no longer available and if they could come at a later time. I wanted to get this finished so I moved my schedule around to make it work. On the morning of the appointment, I reached out to Curbee to confirm they were coming out but never received a response. The appointment window past and nobody showed up. Three hours later I received a text asking if they could still come out. At this point I wanted to cancel but keep in mind Tire Rack ships tires to the installer and not the buyer which meant Curbee had my tires. I said yes and had them come out. The technician showed up and said it would take him 45 minutes. A little over an hour of working on my car, technician informed me he could not install the tires because he did not have the correct equipment in his van. He mentioned he tried with what he had but just couldn't make it work. He left me the tires and said I would have to install them myself. The next day I noticed the used wheel weights that came off my wheels were thrown in my driveway. The technician had removed thee wheel weights from my car and threw them in the driveway instead of throwing them in the trash and didn't bother to rebalance my tires. I inspected the wheels and noticed they did not have weights. I also noticed my after-market wheels had nicks from the technician working on them. I guess from his frustration he was careless and did not care. In the end I was left with nicks on my wheels, unbalanced wheels, waste of time, and an incomplete job. Had to find a new installer. I do not recommend Curbee. Avoid them and go with someone else.

I love my experience with Curbee. nice young people working for them. Their washes are amazing. I have no complaints. Happy to recommend.

Updated Review: Curbee reached out to me immediately after my review to understand what went wrong in the initial wash. Offered re-wash service and wanted to make it right this time. Shawn & his crew were kind enough to understand my concerns and did a good job in addressing them.

He showed up on time and couldn't be more satisfied with the service! Topped up to coolant, tires, and checked the air filter. It took in total about 45 min all said and done. I will be using these guys again for sure and recommending them to everybody I know. Awesome.Services: Auto engine tuning

I booked a car wash service. They came and didn’t want to wash my car saying their “eco friendly” products will destroy the paint of the car as there is dust on the car that needs to be removed with power wash. I could have done that if someone has told me, but also what kind of a car wash service is this?! So annoyed and frustrated! Complete waste of my time. Do not book their car wash service, complete scam!

My new go to installer for Tirerack purchases! Their listed installation price is about the same as the local americas tire, plus the convenience of them coming to you. I guess they can do it because they don't have to rent a large shop.They brought a large van with all the equipment, including a Rotary tire mounting machine. It had no problem handling my 315mm replacement tires in the front of the van. The back was big enough to carry several sets of tires, as well as jacks to smoothly life the car.The guys were really friendly and professional. Aside from the new tires, they left no trace of being there. No trash, no damage to my petunias next to the driveway.After I selected them as my installer through Tirerack, they gave me a call and text. I was able to set up a profile and set up an appointment time and payment, so we didn't have to hassle with it during the visit.They do have a minimum service fee, which works out to be two tires, so don't count on them for smaller jobs. Otherwise, this is a great mobile installer, professional, prompt, and affordable.

Had an issue with the electrical with my car. Had a diagnostic team come out, they said it was the battery which was replaced. Car died next day, came out again and said it was alternator, replaced that, died next day. Had a real mechanic look at it and they were able to identify the issue and fix. I wasted $1,000 with Curbee with no results. Would not use again.

I called them only a few weeks ago. Told them my car was in the street and I "believed" my battery was dead. Asked for the next available appointment. They came out and from what I was told by the guy, checked everything throughly and replaced my battery. The car was working ok for awhile. Then only a few weeks later it failed to start again when I have a very important appointment to get too.When I called I asked for assistance and they said the soonest they could get anybody out was the next day. I was told by them as if it was my fault I didn't know it was possibly something other than the battery. I "should of asked for more of a through diagnostics" when I was as told that I had one and everything was good. So I was sold a battery when I should know better. All I told them was I think it's the battery.Then when I said I was taking further matters against them. I was laughed at by the guy on the phone. This is a two bit operation. They do not actually come and help with finding the real problem to what is going on with your vehicle and instead they assume and go off of my thoughts. In the mean time I'm stuck and completely out of income by missing an important appointment. And I get laughed at for asking for urgency to help me with my vehicle or suggesting that I was sold a battery that quote " I should of known and should of asked for more of a through diagnostic check" Ummm, like testing a battery is so hard to do to figure out what is happening.Do not use them. They are not trustworthy outside of a basic oil change. And you get treated like it's my fault and I didn't instruct them what to do properly. Never have I ever had this happen. It's truly insane to be made to feel like I miscommunicated. I was flat out told that most people know what's wrong with their vehicle. So if you assume something may be wrong, they are only trained enough to do as they are told and not actually help. This could be dangerous to most people since unless you are a mechanic, you typically depend on them to make sure your car is safe.**Reply to the below comment. I was not treated at all like it was urgent and told they needed to check. I was only told that was the soonest they could make it to me and the guy was completely rude and way different than your response. I insited to please put me on a list to see about any sooner and that they needed to figure it out and all me back. No urgency from him at all or treated like I was a priority. I was told you were only "fully Booked" If he would of said he would do what he could do and let me know if something can be fit in and that he needed to check, would be different. Not treated at all like he could see. Instead he debated with me about how you don't have any availibility and couldn't. I was charged $244.39 for the battery previously. My invoice says they did a health check on the car. It is in no way proffesional to be told I should of asked for it to be checked out. It says it was and I was told it was. I was also provided with an estimate on what else I could do with you based on the well check. I have never been told it was my fault for not being clear on what I wanted done. I only said "I think it could be" basically charged for something I did not need.Again, for basic stuff like an oil change, I'm sure they are good. For your safety, do not use them. Who doesn't check the battery and assumes thats it? Also don't call the main line for anything if you have an issue. You will be treated like its your fault and laughed at. Very unproffessional and I'm still amazed he actually said most people know whats wrong with their car(?) Guess no one needs real mechanics! I'm blown away by how he was and how I was talked to and treated. Very surreal experience and in reality out of their response below compared to the real experience with the person who answered and what he said blew me away. Night and day communication.
