Buying/selling a home in the Bay area can be crazy and stressful and we couldn't have done without Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate team. We've both purchased and sold multiple properties with them all in Silicon Valley area and every time it has been nothing, but smooth experience and they exceeded our expectations. They are very experienced with entire Bay Area especially San Jose real estate market, which makes their expertise invaluable for us.
We found that their incredibly detailed home price technical analysis report, prior to each offer we made is extremely useful and is very precise, unbiased, and well aligned with today's rapidly moving market and this ultimately guide us in securing our dream house confidently knowing we did not over bid more than needed to be in the game of bidding war in such a current competitive market.
They also took their time to thoroughly review each inspection reports and disclosures with us, prior to each offer we make to make sure the property of interest has no hidden major repairs or red flags before proceeding with our offers .
This again gives us great confidence in deciding whether to proceed with our offer or not. There were a few times they stopped us from proceeding further with offer due to costly foundation repair although the home is visually appealing on open house visit and other time with city's natural gas pipeline being too close to the back yard. There are many other incidences where their unbiased input was critical to our decision making on offer. They make sure that we as home buyer make the ultimate call on what price to offer with best of our interest.
They work very transparently and truly have their client's interest at heart every step of the way in our home buying journey. From the get-go, they introduced us to a loan officer, proven track record of closing many home loans in a given time with best interest rate, from a competitive mortgage lender to get our pre-qualified loan approved, identifying our desired locations based on our family needs, help reviewing the reports and disclosures for red flags or negotiating and presenting relentlessly with seller on our offer to get it accepted in this multiple bid situations.
What separate Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate team from many other real agents in the Bay area is that they did not stop looking out for their clients right after the escrow is closed. When we needed to remodel our new house, they introduced us to their trusted and pool of resources, from their home builder network from structural engineer, licensed contractors, handymen, plumbers, heating/cooling electricians, painters and etc. They stepped-in and negotiated every quote for us. Just to make sure we are not getting ripped off and also get the best quality work for the amount money we needed to spend that give us ultimate peace of mind.
Overall, we had great experience working with them every time. We will definitely go back and ask them to represent as our real estate agent next time whether home buying or selling comes along. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

We are very glad we worked with Alex and Yuchi. Our experience was very similar to what everyone else had shared online. We knew Sunnyvale and Cupertino markets have it's own intricacies but we totally underestimated it. We were initially working with our previous realtor from San Francisco but realized very soon that we needed a specialist Cupertino Realtor or Sunnyvale realtor and Alex & Yuchi fit the bill really well with their deep knowledge of probably every street in these zip codes! They are extremely data driven and provided in depth analysis of every property and educated us on how to differentiate the fixable and unfixable aspects of a property. These data points proved to be extremely helpful in fine tuning our bidding process. We are very thankful for their referrals for various contractors from their network and their on going guidance during our remodeling. The most important aspect of all is they they didn't treat it like a sales transaction like most realtors and truly cared about the relationship.

We chose the Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate Team to help us sell our home, and they did an outstanding job. Our situation was challenging since we were selling our home from out-of-town while our contractor was still closing up some items on the home. We chose Alex based on his positive Yelp reviews and glowing responses from recent clients, and he and Yuchi definitely deserve their positive reviews.One of the best things about working with the Alex and Yuchi was their fantastic communication every step of the way. Despite being remote sellers, they kept us in the loop and promptly addressed any concerns or questions we had. It felt like we were part of the team, thanks to their attentive and responsive approach.Alex and his team went above and beyond in handling the details of preparing our home for sale. Despite having to coordinate with the contractor, they took charge of landscaping, deep cleaning, and staging. Most recently, Cupertino / Los Altos Realtor team Alex and Yuchi (Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate Team) helped us sell our home in Sunnyvale and buy a home in Los Altos. This was our second time working with them in the last ten years. Previously, they helped us purchase our first SFH in Sunnyvale.Alex and Yuchi are incredibly hard-working, knowledgeable, and empathetic realtors. However, I wouldn’t do justice to our relationship with them and their style if I just used “realtor” to describe how they have shown up in our lives.Many of the reviews below go at length to mention the resourcefulness and thoughtfulness that the two of them put into the aspects of buying, selling, and settling into a new home. Most recently, Cupertino / Los Altos Realtor team Alex and Yuchi (Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate Team) helped us sell our home in Sunnyvale and buy a home in Los Altos. This was our second time working with them in the last ten years. Previously, they helped us purchase our first SFH in Sunnyvale.Alex and Yuchi are incredibly hard-working, knowledgeable, and empathetic realtors. However, I wouldn't do justice to our relationship with them and their style if I just used "realtor" to describe how they have shown up in our lives. This was my third time buying a property. After working with the Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate Team, I can't go back to working with regular real estate agents. The kind of care and support that Alex and Yuchi provided us during this special milestone in our lives was incredible. In our first outing to look at houses, Alex showed us what to look for in a house which helped us focus on important things. When we saw a house, they would give us their honest opinion. They helped us see the potential of a house beyond what was in front of us. For example, when we looked at a house, they would tell us what parts of the house could be changed to meet our needs (e.g. adding an extra bathroom downstairs, or remodeling the kitchen) AND based on their experience, they could also tell us a ballpark figure of what it would cost. This helped us make better decisions.Their service does not end once you close on the house! They continued to support us by recommending contractors, electrician, plumber and many other technicians we needed. he people they recommended were great at their craft, professional and reasonably priced. At the same time, I never felt pressured by them to go with their suggestions. We hired a contractor on our own that turned out to be a bad hire. Alex and Yuchi jumped in to help us get through that difficult situation. If it wasn't for them, 4 months later, we might still be waiting for the house to be ready.If you're looking for a Cupertino Realtor, I cannot recommend them enough. They are exceptional at what they do. Thank you, Alex and Yuchi! As I have already told you, I am counting on you being my real estate agents for the rest of my life!

Fast forward 4 years - Have an issue with leaking roof due to recent storms. With all roofers being busy, what do I do? I send a txt to Alex and Yuchi at 10 pm, get a response at 1 am. Yuchi calls the roofer and schedules an appointment by noon.. This is just a great example of their willingness to help their previous clients!!

We have now worked with Alex and Yuchi to buy two homes and sell one. Our most recent experience was with selling a townhouse and it was a great experience. We were selling a townhouse during the busy holiday season. They were able to get the house prepared to put on the market very quickly. They helped us install new flooring, stage it and held multiple open houses throughout the holidays. They are very hands on in their approach which we love since we have two small children. They listened to us throughout the entire process and were able to get us a great deal in a tough market. They always have had our best interests at heart! I would highly recommend them to any home buyers or sellers!

We teamed up with them to sell our San Jose home and move cross country.I found Alex & Yuchi when they sold a house a few neighborhoods north of ours. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the marketing and the quality of the photos and 3D tour. We decided we wanted to interview them about selling our home.When we initially interviewed Alex in June 2022, we especially appreciated his commentary on the already-falling Bay Area market. We then met Yuchi and Alex for a walkthrough, and they gave us a realistic list of tasks we'd want to complete before listing.When we decided we did want to sell our home and signed with the team, they helped us thread the needle of selling in San Jose while we worked on buying across the country. We only completed around a third of the tasks before traveling East, and Yuchi deftly managed the remaining contractors and ensured the house shined when we listed. And while the house was on the market, Yuchi treated the house as her own. She even traveled after hours to check on blinds that a day's tour had left open and continued to visit after the house was in contract to make sure things were still okay.The WhatsApp group we were all in was an unexpected bonus, too. We could quickly share – and approve – invoices and work pictures, and it was also perfect for a quick check on things (or a joke).We can strongly recommend Alex & Yuchi if you're looking to sell a home – whether you're moving cross-country or down the street.

In June of 2022, we interviewed Alex & Yuchi as possible realtors for selling my mother's home in Cupertino. She had lived in the home for 60 years and my Dad had recently passed away. The house needed a major cleanout, updating and some repairs before it could be listed. Alex & Yuchi went through the house, told us what they thought it needed, gave us a timeline and a cost estimate and then gave us a projected listing date. My mother is a retired real estate broker and she chose Alex & Yuchi (The Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate Team) based on their knowledge of the market, their thorough presentation and explanation of comparables. She's a tough customer and they wowed her.Yuchi managed the entire update and repair process like the pro she is. She let us all know what needed to be done and then managed it, only asking my mother to prepare checks for payment. Especially helpful for an elderly woman navigating all of this.The house had 2 open houses on Labor Day weekend and received multiple offers over ask.The whole process was easy on my mother and on us as we don't live in the area.
