Beware of monthly fees that will be charged. I'm much better off at a bank that cares about the banking relationship.

Worst customer service. This is not a world class banking, and they don't care customer.

I had been a customer for over 10 years. I never understood why so many bad reviews for this particular branch until more recently. The majority of the people here are good, but there are a few bad ones that give customers a really bad experience. The manager is always in hiding and what is her job. Sleeping in the back room????

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Personal banker that helped me took time to explain all the benefits about the promotions I inquired about and introduced me to his manager Liz Perez. The manager is wonderful and very accommodating. Great and friendly branch; this branch will definitely be my go to.

Branch manager Elizabeth Perez blatantly discriminated against me when I tried to make a withdrawal from my account for a few thousand dollars. I had valid ID, funds were available and there were no holds on my account. I called Customer Service while in the branch and was told there was no reason I should not be allowed to make the withdrawal. I waited for over 45 minutes and was not updated or even given a valid reason as to why they were not processing my withdrawal. Definitely canceling all my accounts and credit cards with Citi. Chase would never b******* me like this.

Background: I saw someone at this branch last year, and they explained what kind of account I have and how to avoid the monthly service fee. Based on their advice, I transferred out a large amount of money and kept the minimum. I didn't think to follow up afterwards (I know, this part was on me). I checked my account recently, and noticed that I'm being charged a $25 monthly fee ever since I transferred out the money!!! So I called the 1-800 number and they only refunded $25. They suggested I call the branch. So I called the branch to make an appointment with the manager to see if they could refund a few more of the monthly fees, otherwise, I was planning to close out my account. Instead, I ended up talking to Nupam Gupta on the phone. She wanted to see if she can help me on the phone. I was a bit impatient with her, because I thought she wouldn't be able to help me over the phone, but she was very sweet. She said she would try to get as many fees refunded as she could but it was up to the back office. In the meantime, I transferred in enough money to avoid the monthly charges. And I avoided a time-consuming visit to the branch. Lo and behold, a few days later, 11 more $25 monthly charges got refunded to my account!!! It's really nice to see someone working extra hard to keep a customer, and in my case, it worked! Great service, Nupam Gupta!!!

The best bank in the world, besides my own Bank of West. Everyone is an angel here. This place is truly heaven on earth. Beautiful and brilliant, fast and precise, beyond infinity and perfection. I love you all :)

I hope there is 0 star on yelp. This is by far the worst bank I've ever been to. We are trying to close a CD account we went there by Saturday morning and got told they can't do it until the manager comes and the manager won't come till afternoon where they close at 2pm. So literally there is a 2hrs window when you can capture day rare manager. Then we called the phone number trying to close it. They said yes and they can do it immediately. Then the 2nd day we found that the account isn't closed correctly. We have to call again the. This whole thing messed up the history. Later on we have to prove the money we got is transferred from the CD account becuz the stupid system or them made the operation like we took the money out and put into the other account. The transaction history is broken. And the manager just tell us they can't see any history even without looking at the account. Until we insist to show us what lever info they can get and we do see the info we need. Idk how they survived so long or the whole bank industry just as s*** as it is. Definitely will move away from citi. These whole thing wasted me a week. Not suggesting to anyone for sure.

Citibank fraud department is totally incompetent, I mean really really really bad, so I thought maybe the local branch manager could help me. But they wont even call me back. Actually I dont know why I tried since the Fraud department already told me the local branch wont be able to help me, but a call back would have been nice. I would encourage people to look elsewhere for a bank. I for one, prefer Start One CU. So Much nicer than Citi.

This bank has absolutely horrendous customer service. When the teller needed to have a manager authorize a transaction for me, the manager ( some lady) just looks up from her desks and says "we don't do that." Even though specifically on the Citibank website it says they do and also on the American Express website it says that Citibank does. The worst part...I bought them from Citibank at a different branch. Citibank has always had the worst reputation of customer service. Take your money to a credit union, or diversify over crypto currency and watch...later people like that manager (who wouldn't give me 2 seconds of her time) will be jobless when banking truly becomes decentralized. Good luck lady! Surprised you can even be in that position. No wonder this location has 2 stars....still rather generous.

Extremely aggressive individuals explicitly displaying level of stress and bad PR. Didn't know Citibank has become this desperate. Waste of a prime location.

Citibank is seriously the worst, and I say that having four credit cards with them (and a now defunct checking account). They have awful customer service for their credit cards (some of their procedures are seriously so archaic and outdated that it's unbelievable that in this current age of technology that they're still so incompetent). My latest issue is with this particular branch and my husband. They had a promotion last year where if you opened an account for X amount that they would credit you $600, so my husband and I opened our accounts and held our amount there the mandatory 3 months (actually, held it far, far longer than that), except when he went to go close his account, we discovered that he never received his bonus. We contacted Linh, who assisted my husband, who contacted corporate, and told us that a check would be sent. We never received one, so we contacted her again, and was told that the check would be canceled and resent and we would receive it no later than last week. Well, guess what ! We never received anything, and then today she told my husband that she was leaving the company (shocker) and that we needed to handle this ourselves. This is completely unacceptable as this is our money, and it's fraud on their part. I've actually reported them to the FTC and other places as we have waited months for a resolution on this. Citibank needs to overnight us a check, with interest. Now.
