Giant building but no banking! Walked in to open an account and after 15mins they told me they do not have anyone today to help me and I need to try another branch or make an appointment! In the meantime half of them are sitting in their cubical doing nothing!

I got excellent service from a banker at this location. I was naive in opening the necessary account and she proactively and similingly held my hand and patiently, kindly helped me complete the process which took 2 hours to successfully create an account.?

When I went in and asked about foreign transaction fees, they told me they couldn't tell me that without me opening an account. They told me to ask my existing bank for that info. LoL

Stopped being a customer of this bank years ago, because they made some really shady fraudulent charges on my account. Due to the fault of the bank. They wouldn't do anything to fix it. Makes you wonder what kind of shady business their involved in. I had a client that told me, that Chase, and Wells Fargo was accused of money laundering a few years ago.

Was at the bank recently to get a check written out payable to myself from my *own* account. The teller told me that I had to produce a second form of ID after I showed her my driver's license and bank statement! They denied an alternate photo ID and wanted only a credit or debit card.... or passport.... or social security card?! Incredible since I am there in person to get money from my account to myself. Isn't it strange that to open an account I don't even need so many forms of security? What's up Chase?

I went in the other day because I got locked out of my account and Christy helped me get everything taken care of in a flash. I'm thankful because I was on the way from one job to the other. Great customer service. Will only be going to that chase location from here on out.

I just got my appointment cancelled, and they explained it with that they already have another person appointment at the same time. Why to have any appointment system then? Branch manager Jessica eve didn’t care about giving me a call back finding any solution. Worst customer service ever

Been a long time client of Chase. We are also Chase Private Clients. Recently, we found out the bank made some errors in our statement. We were charged hundreds of dollars of fees that should not have been charged. Our Private Client Banker did some research and told us the reason was because our accounts were properly linked. The fault was entirely with the bank. Our accounts were previously linked but got unlinked for some unexplained reasons. Yet, our Private Client banker said he could only remove $95 of the charge, leaving the bulk unchanged. He said even the branch manager would not have the authority to go back to fix mistakes that occurred more than 120 days back. Later on, after we complained vehemently, we got someone to call us back to say they will waive as a courtesy. Excuse me, we are not asking for courtesy here. We are just asking you do your job and to fix your mistake after your client points out clearly your mistakes. Make no bones about it. There is no dispute here about the mistake. I am not a happy customer even after Chase decided to refund us our money because they keep saying this is a "courtesy." I cannot stand people and organizations who can't apologize and own up to their mistakes. Blame the customer ... even when you are fixing your mistake. Way to go Chase!

I just cannot imagine there is such a snobbish banker (unfortunately, the banker that gets assigned to me) literally telling me if you are not a private banking account holder then just don't expect any timely email replies to inquiries or any decent service. Unbelievable discrimination, come on, this is already 2020!
