Visited this branch several times and I Love their customers service skills. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Don't have to wait long unlike my old large big bank. I was able to get a home equity line an in less than 3 weeks.

This has to be one of the worst and most bizarre banks I have ever been to. Staff at this bank do not answer the phone and did not reply to any of my voicemails. They made opening account next to impossible and I almost gave up. Here's a summary of my experience: 1. I tried opening a business checking account and rep. Adela Valencia was fumbling with papers most of the time, not knowing what was needed. She had rep Justina from mortgage help us with the application form, and she too was clueless. 2. After the account was already opened, Adela was very unprofessional. She asked invasive/personal questions unrelated to the business, for instance what my race was? What cities do I reside in? She went on to talk about her own personal interest which I was not interested in. I took time off work to open a account, and both reps added extra time by talking about themselves and forcing us to hear it. 3. She gave us problems when we only asked for only 2 additional temp checks, implying something suspicious was going on. I don't know of any business that can function with only 2 checks? She gave further problems when I did a half check($5000), half cash($8900) deposit. The purpose of the deposit was to meet their 10k requirement. She knew this, but still asked why is there so much cash? Where did it come from? 4. The next couple of days I realize the cash deposit was never processed correctly and our balance showed $0 !!! I had to take further time to call customer service to get this corrected. Overall, the environment at the Cupertino branch was below standard compared to other branches. Staff was awkward, incompetent and unprofessional. They made something that should have been simple hard. I was there for over 1 hour and no other customers walked in, yet you have 4 staff sitting around doing nothing except socializing with each other. Their lack of knowledge caused unnecessary delays, 3 days to open an account, which is plain ridiculous. This would normally take the other banks 1 hour or less. If I was the owner of this branch, I would be very concerned and would never hire this group, they are turning off customers and hurting the company.

Don't quite know what Helen's (YP review) problem is, but my experience at this branch is nothing but excellent service and friendly people. So glad I dumped Wells Fargo!
