Useless bank manager- Suzy. Trying her best not to open new account. not sure what is her reason. May be she does not want indians to open account at this branch. Don't waste your time here. smelling racism here. Bank may be good.

Seriously, my disabled veteran friend went to cash a check from her stepmom and now dead father- (the check is literally to pay to cremate him) they wanted to charge her $9 just to cash the check. WTH. And then - when another customer said he would pay it. Suddenly the clerk said oh i think it can be waived. BUT THEN- HAD THE AUDACITY to claim she had to call the stepmother "to make sure she wrote her the check TO her" The Best - not best- part, when asked if they did this for all the customers (ie- the ones that don't look like the one's behind the counter) - the answer was, pause- mostly. Disappointed. And will advocate anyone I know NOT to do business with this company. #ourveteransdeservebetter

Don’t go this branch especially business account. They are super slow. Take withdrawal cash from bank account took taller 45 minutes. They ruined my dad and my business plan today. I will be closing my bank account. Worse service ever.

This is my 5th visit almost this five months ; earlier employee was good but this time employee Andy ,he refused to help me and gave unnecessary suggestions ,to fill up that voucher he can do within 5 Seconds .For me it takes more than a minute.later on he did after with hardly requested. so .....

Kind of an older fashion bank. Customer service is slow, but was very friendly.
There is plenty of parking but a little scary with a lot of workers staring at you hoping you have a job for them.
I came here to open a bank account to take advantage of the free $600. It took about a hour. I've done similar offers at Chase which took half the time. The manager watched over his employees and was very friendly. They did try to get me to sign up for a credit card which I had to decline twice.
It's such an older, low budget looking place that I had to take a step back to make sure they are FDIC insured. Free $600 for them to hold your cash for 6 months. Do it if you get it in the mail :)

Good experience, I'm always in and out of there. They have great incentives for being a certain employee of a large company but this location is closed on Saturday's so just keep that in mind.

Way better than those big banks. Tellers are friendly and even know you by name. Just wish they had more branches.
