Yesterday, I visited two Bank of America branches, and both had long lines. I had to wait for a long time to be served. Today, I came to this branch, and there were no other customers. I was able to get everything done in less than five minutes.

Sarah helped us very kindly even though we arrived late to our appointment and our visit took long and even passed the bank close time. She patiently supported our need and I truly appreciate her!

The worst customer service by the current branch manager "Brian Pham". He is indifferent to customer problems, try to solve problems by having subordinates, and have no interest in customer problems and difficulties.

I try not to actually go inside banks these days, but given that my purse was stolen yesterday I needed to do so to get some cash. I was met by an individual who identified himself is Brian Pham he also told me that he manages the bank There were people in there being seen by financial advisors, but I was told I could not get cash. They had no tellers working. What is the point of having your money in a bank in an institution that doesn't have people to do the teller position? Apparently this branch can LOAN you money but not give you your own money. Maybe Brian should not be the face of this bank

Save your time and go somewhere else , they only want to help for open account, otherwise you will wait over 1 hour, and no one in front.

Came in to cash a check and I can't believe how long they made me wait. They said they had to call and verify the check. How long does that take? Literally had me waiting like 45 mins to cash a check. The whole time they make you feel like you did something wrong. I can't stand Bank of America and their staff. On top of that they charge you to cash your check. Used to charge $5 now they charge $8. What a bunch of crooks. Why would anyone want to bank with such a business as them. Don't recommend this branch or this bank to anyone. Stay away

It's the best experience of my life. We came there today. Maggie Chen gave us some advice. Not only about financial but about life. She likes my best old friend. I hope can be there and talk with her again.

The tellers here try to extrapolate too much sensitive information from us. They ask me what I use my bonus check for and they ask what kind of business I do? They Constantly Pressure me to open a business account, but I keep telling them that I already have a bank with whom I use for work. They also try to get me to Transfer my mortgage loan to them. Lastly, they need to stop pressuring me to open more credit cards. I already have a BofA credit card. I don't need or want more, please. Let us bank in peace. Asking us for extraneous things makes this bank look desperate!

No service. Not helpful. Not nice. Waited over one hour. I had a concern about the online security of my business account. Finally went to teller to make sure that my funds were still in my two accounts. Not pleasant either.Left bank.Prior experience with Puja at that location was excellent.Proceeded to navigate the customer service telephone line. Joe in South Carolina assisted me. Joe was excellent. I felt that joe in South Carolina assisted in securing my account. He took care of my concern.I have had similar experiences with Bank of America personnel. Bank of America loses an enormous amount of customer business because of this. But I also get a feeling that Bank of America AND their personnel don't care. It is as if I am not important enough for them.Unfortunate.

I am not sure if Diane Kim works at this location or not, but she is a Loan Officer that services the Cupertino Area. In my opinion, I would NOT work with her or trust her. She is very unprofessional and unreliable and might even be dishonest. I sent her an email, cc'd my husband and bcc'd myself. 3 or 4 days later, no response. Reached out again, she claimed she never received the email. Everyone received the email, accept her. Sent her (forwarded) the email again and instead of her responding to the 5 simple questions, she asked us to call her. Told her I had a busy day, wouldn't be able to call by evening, she then says to call her that night. Annoyed, I outright asked her if she had a problem answering the questions in email. She answered, but wouldn't give me interest rates. Said she couldn't, but I ended up finding them on the website. SHADY! I then sent her an email asking for her availability for us to call, 3 days later, no response. I would not dare do business with this woman. To unreliable to be trusted, in my opinion.

It has never been pleasant coming to this branch, whether it is before or after the renovation. The lines are always long, even pre-COVID 19. The people doing the check in are pushy about asking me why I'm in the line. I said that I needed to withdraw money. The lady asked me how much? It was none of her business, but she wouldn't let me go until I said the amount, which was several thousand dollars. Everyone in the line looked at me immediately, and I felt so uncomfortable. Yeah, as in "here I am; I'm the target with several thousand dollars when I walk out of this bank. Anyone want to steal my money in the cramped parking lot???!!" Ridiculous question to announce in public. This branch doesn't have the nice ATM function where we can pick what denominations we'd like to select our bills. If they had the option to choose $100 or $10 dollar bills, then I wouldn't have to waste my time in the long line, getting interrogated. I once had to deposit a check, and the teller kept asking me what I am going to do with that money! What business does she have to pry into my personal affairs? She even said the amount on the check, for everybody to hear. Very awkward for me. They always ask me to open another business account or use the money in my accounts for mortgage, and once again, that is none of their business. I just want to come in, get my errand done, and leave. Please stop bothering the customers. I am highly considering taking my accounts to another, more professional bank.
