From what I remember, they offer various pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as hats, Apple t-Shirts, card games, carrying bags, post cards, baby clothes, and you can also get a selection of keychains in the form of AirTag (but these can be found at any Apple Store). The selection at this Apple Store changes frequently and once an item is gone, you can never get it again. There is also something for everybody's price range here! You can also visit the Infinite Loop Apple Campus (and I totally suggest this for anybody visiting the Silicon Valley area of CA), where you can find a (nearly) entirely different selection of pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise, that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as notebooks, pens, coffee cups, t-shirts, etc. Just be careful not to ever depend on finding one particular piece of merchandise, at either of these locations, as their selection changes from time to time, and stock of certain items can run low, especially during the holiday season... this is especially true regarding t-shirt sizes!Definitely check out the Infinite Loop Campus Apple Store you are in the area and you have the time! Steve Jobs literally walked around Infinite Loop Apple Campus, it's that iconic! That and you can actually walk on The Infinite Loop Apple campus and check it out up close! From what I remember, only Apple employees are permitted to be on the new Apple Park Campus. That being said, it's a must see to visit both of the Apple Campuses, if you are an Apple fan and you are visiting the Silicon Valley area! The team at the Apple Park Visitors Center is carefully selected with their knowledge of Apple as a company, their knowledge about Apple products, and their knowledge of Steve Jobs in mind, not to mention their excellent customer service skills, so you won't be disappointed by visiting the Apple Park Visitor's Center, trust me!

Beautiful surrounding area, and the building feels very futuristic and modern. It's a very serene study spot, especially the rooftop tables. I did not need to purchase anything at the Apple store but it was super busy, as was the cafe area. There are plenty of places for outdoor seating which was nice. Parking lot was full but they have lots of spaces in the garage as well. Not much to do besides the cafe/store but as a study area it is great.

This is an interesting place, not just a typical apple store. The coffee shop is overpriced, but has a lot if options. Everything Apple is overpriced. The staff were nice and she offered me an iPad to see the interactive view of the model. I learned a lot how Apple utilizes the natural energy effectively.

Dear ,I am writing to you as a loyal customer of Apple, having patronized your esteemed brand since 2009, when I acquired my first Apple computer. Over the years, I have diligently upgraded all my devices to Apple products, accumulating an array of Apple devices including an iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and a MacBook Pro. Moreover, I have actively contributed to the Apple ecosystem by taking charge of selling iPhones and training employees in the art of promoting and selling Apple products. My reason for reaching out is to bring to your attention an ongoing issue concerning my MacBook Pro, which has persisted for an extended duration. I trust that you will give this matter the careful consideration it deserves, as I have been experiencing severe inconveniences and substantial delays in obtaining a resolution to my predicament. To provide a concise chronology of events:1. I initially raised my concerns with an Apple Genius on August 16.2. Following this, I sent my malfunctioning device in for repair, but upon its return, the incorrect port was repaired, and the laptop continued to exhibit heating issues.3. I made another visit to the Apple store for another appointment, where I was informed that a new repair was necessary, and my device had to be sent to the repair center due to the complexity of the issue.4. I engaged in protracted discussions with Apple customer service representatives, who ultimately promised a replacement for my MacBook Pro.5. Regrettably, the first agent faced several issues with the order process, which included erroneous orders for a 13-inch laptop and subsequently a 16-inch laptop with incorrect specifications.6. A subsequent senior advisor indicated a preference for a MacBook Pro M1, but the options presented did not align with my specific requirements, and the advisor advised me to await a call from the agent, which never occurred.7. After a subsequent call to Apple support, another senior advisor expressed interest in resolving my case but required time to review the case notes. After a prolonged delay, he sought permission to assume my case.8. Following another extended call, I inquired about the possibility of upgrading the specifications, to which he stated it was conceivable but hindered by a system error.9. Subsequently, I sought the assistance of another agent, revealing potential discrepancies in the ordering systems employed by different agents.10. Subsequent to the aforementioned interactions, no communication ensued regarding the progress of my customized order.11. In an attempt to expedite a resolution, I contacted the office of Tim Cook, wherein Ana Ordonez assured me of a swift resolution, including my requested specifications and additional Apple products.12. Despite the passage of 48 hours, no developments materialized. After contacting Ms. Ordonez, she reneged on her promise, leading to my subsequent emails going unanswered.13. On October 2, 2023, I sent yet another email inquiring about the status of my case, which received a delayed and inadequate response, still lacking any indication of progress.14. The situation further deteriorated when, on October 7, 2023, I received an email indicating that my AppleCare request had been closed without any clarification.15. As of today, November 6, 2023, my last interaction with Ms. Ordonez was 20 days ago, and I have endured a regrettable 82-day period without my laptop. Such a protracted delay is simply unacceptable for a corporation as capable as Apple.I am profoundly disappointed by the lack of effective customer service and the failure to deliver on your promises, which has forced me to endure this lengthy ordeal without a functional MacBook Pro. It is inconceivable that a company of Apple's stature, responsible for manufacturing thousands of laptops daily, is unable to replace a single unit in a timely manner. The utility of my AppleCare protection has been rendered void in light of the inefficiencies I have encountered.I hereby request an immediate and expeditious solution to my ongoing predicament. If you are not directly re

Like all Apple products, this visitor center is also a great experience for tourist and locals alike. They offer virtual visitor tour of their new office building, right across the street, using an iPad scanning a miniature office model. Aside from selling regular Apple products, they also sell Apple center souvenirs like t-shirts. However, I think the best part is there coffee area and their coffee. I've gotten a nitro cold brew. It was $6 including tax. I think this is a regular price coffee in the area but I've heard that Apple employees get them for $2! So bring an Apple employees back to work on a weekend shamelessly! It's very creamy and yet it's very light! The effervescence in the drink makes it additionally appetizing as well. Overall, fan of their nitro They've gotten around 10 tables indoor and more benches is their second floor exterior patio and more seatings just outside of the entrance on the first floor. So you can go pick a table and enjoy the light snacks and drinks that they offer. No too much service involved, since you order the drinks and food at the cashier and pick it up there, and they have plenty of free parking on site.

Fun place to visit! The parking lot was full even on a Monday afternoon, but there was plenty more parking in the parking garage lower level which is for visitors and the elevator takes you basically right to the entrance of the Apple Store.Had a vanilla latte at the cafe and it was pretty good just a tad on the too sweet side though. The chairs seemed kind of basic and uncomfortable for working for long periods of time. The cafe aesthetic is clean, but lacking a bit of character and decor. The selection of drinks and pastries are decent and pricing is average. Kudos for the latte coming with a cool Apple logo as latte art with my initial in it!The store has some unique items like apparel that you won't find in any other Apple Store. They have a section showing off the Apple Park design with is pretty cool. The terrace has a "view" of Apple Park which is pretty much blocked by a bunch of trees though lolOverall fun place to visit for a first time, but unless it's the closest Apple Store to you it's not worth the parking hassle or extra time taken to visit.

Regular Apple Store with a rooftop terrace and a few extras, mainly a tourist trap with not that many cool tourist options to do. Has a coffee bar with some options

This a quick stop if you're in the area. Nothing exciting really, unless you really love apple. There's a cafe inside that had lattes and teas. The viewing area at the top has tables and is much quieter than the Apple Store and cafe area. Drinks are fairly priced, less than a regular coffee shop.

iPhone 13 Pro Max...Do you have a “Rotten Apple” iPhone or a “Dumb Dumb” Smart Phone of any brand?Hot, sound issues, dropped calls, phone seems to have an internal user when vibration is set on, and you haven’t touched the screen, etc.Every bug that’s fixed infests other iPhone features. Constant extermination of known issues, other than repeated complaints by users, seems to create a migration to another area; MAPS, MUSIC, NOTIFICATIONS, SIRI, etc..The customer is left holding the Rotten Apple, which eats up their time constantly having to reboot, uninstall, install, set, reset, to the point throwing the Apple away, some have even bought a new Apple device. Whatever happened to the good old fashioned Apple? Before every new brand; camera upgrades, sleeker design, accessories, the list is endless. Not until the 5G pandemic, which I found out afterwards my 4G phone didn’t need upgrading, came into play did I ever have one issue. 4 Iphone 13 Pro Max; 1 initially bought, 2 new replaced by Apple after a year’s worth of complaints and issues no one could fix, not even those at the “Genius Bar”. The last my carrier opted to foot the bill, replaced my Iphone yet again with a new Iphone 13 Pro Max.The powers to be refuse to address constant customer pleas to fix the phone once and for all. Every update has me logging “as is” today so I can go back and update the update to be synced with MY PREFERENCES!No more Apple Community, I’m not technical enough, for whom… engineers using the customer to determine what the fix is…. I posted a six part fix to: “glitch… sound problems.. Echo…” basically the sound not being heard by anyone who calls or you call. The phone getting hot, calls dropped, no one can hear me, not my Iphone … no more! Not only am I tired of not being able to complain as a human being, I’m tired of the Community being used to provide Apple with ideas on just how to fix their problem, I’m not a free fix, the Rotten Apple iPhone is costing me far more than I paid for, not to include the other 3 iPhone 13 Pro Max + 2 Apple iPads… ouch… that left a bruise on my wallet!Hours I spent modifying the Phone Case that seems to be the problem. Not mine, but I have said it more than once, don’t use my fix or ultimate fix in creating an Iphone case to make a profit, anyone. My time, my money, my modifications, my ultimate solution… until Apple engineers an iPhone capable of incorporating everything I laid out in my July 28, 2023, “TOTAL FIX” parts 1-6, I refuse to go back to the Apple Community Support just to be censored on my voicing my frustrations with the Rotten Apple Iphone I have, and seeing countless others with the same issues.Oh yeah, I spoke at length with a Senior “Customer Support” Supervisor, who thanked me, he’s using my idea to fix his iPhone issues. The, clueless Customer Support Representatives have no idea how to fix most problems, hanging u seems to be their fix. Have you made the “List”, I have on more than one occasion, when enough complaints are reached.I can’t wait to until yet another update is just sitting there waiting for me to initiate the download, there’s no automatic, other than me having to manually go to settings and see I have an update that’s just been waiting for me! I should never have had to become a technical engineering going through the cumbersome manual detail every step I have to make just to get my phone to be user friendly!Take a bite out of Apple, find another brand… buy the same … one bad Apple design = the whole bunch is spoiled!

I do I love thee, let me count my Apple products! I've been living under the delusion that all Apple stores are created like. I'm here to tell you that the Apple Park Visitor Center is in a class by itself. I don't even know where to begin because there's so much fun and amazing products at this location. Let's start off by their virtual reality center. The staff will hand you an iPad and you hold it up against this 3-D image, and magic happens! There definitely is some AI/machine learning going on here. What appears plain before your eyes, completely changes when using the iPad. Everything comes to life. Or we could talk about the café. That's right! There is a European café, that features, amazing coffee, drinks, pastries, and yes, even food. Comfortable little tables and chairs, both inside and out to enjoy your favorite coffee drink or a meal of your choosing. The prices are fairly reasonable , and it definitely is an experience to be had.But wait... We haven't even gotten to the good part yet. The sales floor has every Apple product you could possibly dream of, and all the ones that many of the stores don't carry on the floor. And just when you think you've seen it all, they have an area where they have T-shirts. Yes, this is the only store that carries T-shirts and baby onesies. What's crazy is that they can't keep the T-shirts in stock, and if you're going there with the intent of purchasing one, you definitely want to get there first thing in the morning because I can guarantee by mid morning they will be out of most sizes, and they don't restock during the day. The staff is immeasurably helpful and friendly, and it definitely feels like Steve Jobs has a presence. There's just something about the landscape, the architecture, and the overall design that just feels like he's present. If you're in the area, you definitely don't want to miss the big spaceship looking building across the way. It's a hot tip to Steve Jobs, and it's where many employees call home/work place. It's a fun store, and it's a must stop by if you're in the area. You won't leave empty handed!

I have been here a few times already. It's the ideal place to get Apple products without having to go to the mall. There's a display of the Spaceship. Also a great place to take a workshop. Must say that Joe is a wonderful instructor and cares a lot. Will go around and ask if you are doing well.Make sure to check out the cafe which only this place has. After so many times, I finally had a coffee. Wonderful iced mocha. As perfect Starbucks or Peet's.I definitely recommend spending some time here especially to check the third floor where you can see the Spaceship or the headquarters.
