I've been coming here for the past 15+ years. Anita has been wonderful and excellent in hair styling, haircuts, and highlights. She's not proficient in English but if you show her the hair style pictures she's able to create whatever style you wish and improve on it. The salon is very clean and situated in a very nice area in Cupertino. But parking is a bit hard as there are so many restaurants nearby.Services: Hairstyling

The haircut was good and I was happy with it. Then, I asked for quote of highlight. It was given to me as $120 for medium long hair which is a reasonable price, but when it was finished, they tried to charge me a lot more due to bleach and conditioning... but it was not mentioned to me up front. The highlight is also not as good as expected. The roots are not covered by the highlight, and random orange color showed up as well. I only asked for pink color. Overall, I would not recommend doing highlight here... I've done highlight in the salon at least 10 times in my life, and this is the worst experience I had so far... ?

She knows what she's doing but be aware of the price. Always ask for the price before getting the service so you won't get ripped off like me. Went for hair wash & style and paid $30 the first time I went there. The next week I went again and asked for the same thing. She got to know I'm getting married the next day over the chat. When checking out, she said 'I need to charge you $80 today because it's for bridal'...wtf!!! U did the same thing but wanna charge triple just because I have a wedding tomorrow?!? I didn't ask for a bridal hairdo and she just washed my hair and made it curly. That's all! Both me and my husband are very upset. She knew we wouldn't argue with her because it's not very nice to have such a thing happen right before the big day. But I mean, if that's the way you treat every new customer, you will lose them all. Maybe she doesn't care at all.

My Asian hair is very straight and stubborn, not easy to cut for most stylists, but she did an excellent job! She knew exactly what I wanted and how to best style my hair. Definitely going back here as a return customer!

It's very rare to find a place in the bay area that can do asian hair cuts well especially for men. The owner is from a famous salon in Taiwan and has been here for an extremely long time. Glad to see it still doing well!
