Their fuel was contaminated with diesel and resulted in my car breaking down, causing $12,000 USD worth of damages. When my insurance company called the gas station, they hung up on them. Imagine being so incompetent you can’t even run a gas station properly lmao.

Avoid this gas station. They were selling contaminated gas in June and July 2024.

Just stopped by to get some gas, put my card in the card reader and then saw a message to pay inside. I tried to get my card out but couldn’t. Another customer was having the same problem. We went to the cashier to get help. Everything was locked up tight. This is 5:30 pm on Sunday. There was no phone number posted. Luckily the other customer was able get his out and then helped me get mine out, too. I don’t know what I would have done had I not been able. I looked up the phone number and called and got an odd message saying no one was able to take my call. Sure is a convenient location for me but I’m inclined never to go back again. There was no way of knowing the gas station was closed.

Not a bad gas station to visit during the day. It isn't visited very often but have good gas prices, and the pumps are easy to use. It does look a little spooky at night and has little to no visitors, so I would avoid this gas station in the evening.

I keep coming here because it nearby my house.Most of the pumps are not accepting cards as a form of payment. I am fine to pay insidebut the lady working there, named Juana, has been consistently rude to me.This is the last time coming here.

Cheap gas! But don't leave your pump unattended... the auto shut off doesn't always work and you'll have gas wasting and spilling everywhere if you're unlucky!Their squeegees aren't the nicest, but they usually are in soapy water, so that is a nice bonus. Some pumps require you pay inside because the card reader isn't working or something. You usually have to go inside to get a receipt. (Usually less busy than the Cupertino Car Wash down the street that also has cheap gas for Cupertino)

Paid cash for gas. Went back in for the change. Made friendly small talk with the attendant about his savory smelling food cause I love Indian food. A little more small talk about food and then he asked me where I was from. Sort of an innocent question but what followed was not. He then asked if I were married or single. I replied that was none of his business and promptly left.Ladies, beware!! A friend of mine relayed a similar experience to me during her visit to a different gas up. Business owner please take note. This behavior drives customers away. I will not come back to Alliance gas at Blaney and Stevens Creek.

Worst gas station ever. The attendant (frmale) was mean and rude. I had trouble there not just once or twice but 4 times! The only reason I am there so many times is because it is cheaper and the person who drives me goes there. But every time I pay for gas I had problems with the female attendant.The first time she refused to accept a large bill. This was in the afternoon. With gas prices thevway they are it is hard to pay with smaller amounts.The second time she us busy rearranging something on the shelves. For about 5 minutes. No "I am sorry" or "could you please wsit?" Just a loud and obnoxious "wait!" I was about to leave.The 3rd time she had left the booth to do something behind the building. For 5-10 minutes. Again no apologies.The 4th time I paid and then she yelled from her booth "No no back up! Back up! Back up one!" She was yelling to the person driving me who was at one of the gas pumps. She didn't tell me "please tell him to back up to the pump behind" She didn't get out if the booth (we were the only customers at the time) to explain there was an issue. Nope completely ignored me even though I tried to find out from her what was the problem.She is probably the most incompetent and mean has station attendant I have ever encountered.I have told the friend who drives me that he will have to go pay her from now on. I absolutely refuse to have anything to do with that person.And from what I can see I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with her.Avoid this place if you can. Even though it's cheap the aggravation is not worth it!
