I've been going to this 7-11 since 2015 and it's always a joy to shop there. The staff is always courteous and kind. They always put out fresh coffee and are willing to make new ones when requested. I always see them keeping the store super clean. I appreciate that they allow regular customers in during the high school lunch rush, despite the large number of students waiting to shop during that time. The woman who works during the day always greets me with the friendliest smile:)

The night shift worker who works around 10 or 11 pm treats rudely to the customers. When I tried to shop the store around 1 am, he said the store is closed and always kick off us from the store. I don't think he is working as he is always talking with his friends. That was so disturbing. It's been many times we have experienced this.

The guy who work at night shift is the worst. He start around 10 or 11 pm. He is the worst. He said the store is closed whenever I go after 1am. If I ask why, he just said I don't know. It happened to me about 3 time now. This is 711 it opens 24 hours. He is very lazy and rude. He just talking with his friend. He don't even look at me to answer my question. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. Treat customers like trash.

I always go to this 7 eleven but there is an employee who work at night shift is so rude and always shout at some customers to leave the store when we try to buy. He always say "it is already close" even though it is just 1:30 am. He is the most rude guy, i have ever seen in my life.

This 7/11 always claims to be closed for cleaning between 12:00am to 5:00 am. They chain the door even though they’re not supposed to close. They are never actually cleaning and turn away every customer. I am deeply resentful of the Night Shift workers. No munchies for the Cupertinians

I saw the cashier getting picked up.. usually some 711 do this but for like 15 min for a break or lunch.. I just needed some medicine but couldn’t get it.. cmon guys be better

It's a 7-11 so don't get overly excited. The staff is hit or miss at this location but once some of them get to know you it's great! Drink selection is somewhat limited compared to the one down the road (Sunnyvale-Saratoga).
