I dislike cardio but this is Such a fun class that you forget your working out! I originally tried it with Groupon but I'm hooked. I will keep going. Derrick is always changing it up so it never gets boring. Always challenging and learning knew exercises. You can tell he has so much knowledge and knows what he's doing. He genuinely enjoys helping people have a more fit lifestyle. If you want to be more active and don't know where to start JUST TRY IT!!!

I've been a member at 2BFIT Cupertino for 6 months now and it has changed my life! I committed to going 3 times a week, with at least one 6:15 am class. I used to sleep in every day but this gym has motivated me to get a move on and show up for myself. Although I may not look too different, I'm strong now, not just skinny. And the most important changes can't be seen. My mood is regulated, I get up earlier, I feel confident, and I feel really good about myself. And yes, I have more muscle than ever! My boyfriend and I fondly refer to this place as "Booty Boot Camp" Derrick is a great coach. The classes are always changing and go by quickly. You get to choose how hard you push yourself, and there are variations if you need. The community is very kind and supportive no matter where you are in your fit journey. I recommend committing yourself for at least 3 months to really see the difference. And there are membership savings if you prepay in advance. Just remember, it doesn't work if you don't show up! Thank you, 2BFIT, for allowing me to see how much of a positive impact having a fit lifestyle has on my life.

Derrick is a wonderful human who tells it like it is. I went with a class pass and he knew I wasn't coming back but he still took extra time checking my form and how I was doing since it my first workout. It's very much a 35+ crowd with reasonable music levels and lighting. No ear plugs needed. Loved it.

Derrick is AMAZING! He leads high energy, fun, and challenging (at your level) bootcamps. You can and should go everyday-- he comes up with his own workouts so there is no repetition so muscle groups can rest and you get a whole body workout! The people are super encouraging and welcoming. You'll feel like family after your second workout.

Derrick is one of the best trainers/ coaches that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He fosters a sense of community and challenges you at the right level. You will see/ feel results by the end of the second week. I highly recommend going everyday if you can-- he also zoom classes if you cannot go in person. 2B Fit is great! I highly recommend it!

I like it a lot when the goal is clear for the workout, guided by experienced coach. In addition, I like the changing pace which is really effective to stress the heart in a better way.

Great place if your serious about getting back into shape. Fun workout; plus, they offer personal training. I prefer using Derrick's training than going to physical therapy.

This gym is awesome! I attend the HIIT classes and personal training with Derrick! The classes are intense but also allow me to go at my own pace. I started with the groupon and stayed on afterwards to continue coming to the classes. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting into great shape.
