I never wrote a review for a clothing store, but Vanessa, the manager went way above and beyond to help me out, and she deserves all the stars!! Ordered online for the first time and the sizes run small for me, so she was very quick in exchanging for a larger size. Annnnd, I had ordered a skirt, thinking it's a combo incl top. But the top apparently wasn't included, so she offered me to look at other stores and found one at another place, called that place and asked them to hold it for me. I really appreciated it because the skirt was final sale and it would've been super difficult for me to match it w something else because of the design of the skirt. Ahhh thank you Vanessa ?

I'm so impressed with the exceptional customer service I received at this store! After a while away, I returned specifically because of Vanessa's fantastic assistance on my previous visit - she truly sets the bar high.
Today, Siomara went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pieces. Her suggestions were spot-on, and she patiently assisted me with trying on clothes. Her high-standard customer service exceeded my expectations.
The clothing selection is pretty good , but it's the staff that truly makes this store shine. Vanessa and Siomara, thank you for an outstanding shopping experience!

I was rushing to find an outfit for a last minute dinner. Vanessa approached me the moment she seen me walking in. She greeted me and asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. She immediately looked for options based on my outfit ideas. I was out of the store within 15 minutes with the outfit I envision. Thank you Vanessa for your expertise and help!

Vanessa and Ashley and the staff were all so helpful! They helped me and my gf looked for all the dresses we needed for our events.The mall is brand new too! I would definitely go back to this location bc they have the best selections compared to other locations.

I went in today to find an outfit for my niece’s quinceañera. I worked retail for many years. I know how hard it can be. Ashley greeted me in a bubbly yet genuine way and showed me great options after asking me all the right questions to lead me to all the right things. She gave me space to collect dresses and try them on not being pushy. I knew this girl was good at her job but what made the shopping experience fun was that she genuinely seemed to like her job and the cute clothes. Kind of made me miss working in a store! I hope she gets this note and has a great holiday season. Thanks Ashley!

We just need to take a moment to talk about how incredible Vanessa is....every time I go to Windsor she is SO sweet and helpful. She has the best sense of style and always comes to my rescue putting an outfit together when I'm in a pinch! She's the reason I come to this specific store! The store itself is fine, a little understaffed but that’s all retail stores lately.However, the associate vehemently tried to require me to provide an email address and then tried to guilt me that she would get in trouble if she did not (not my problem as a customer). She gave me an attitude but proceeded to complete the transaction. Please train your associates to understand California privacy laws. “Under California law (1), it is illegal for merchants to ask for your personal information such as your home address, zip code, phone number or email address in order to complete an in-person credit card transaction at a store, restaurant or other brick and mortar establishment”.

My daughter and I went to Windsor to look for her homecoming dress we entered the store we were greeted with a welcome and a smile by Afra. As we browsed the store we found plenty of dresses, and some of the dresses were not the correct size, we asked for help and Lisa was able to assist us right away. Lisa was very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. After several try- on's we finally picked a couple of dresses. We checked out but were still undecided about which dress we were gonna take we found out that the dresses were non-refundable at that point we made a final decision. Afra had a bright smile and helped us with care. She also offered different items that we needed to make my daughter's night whimsical. Afra and Lisa were so helpful and they both had great energy and excellent customer service. They treated us so kindly that we have now made Windsor our go-to store for most of our shopping needs for every occasion.
