I got a bike from them two months ago. The sized me up and make sure it was the right bike for me. They always want me to bring my bike in yo check it out. I am going to get my shoes and pedals sometime this week from them.

Decades ago, I wanted a special bike fastener loosened with the correct tool, & took it to Wheel World. I explained what I wanted, and how I didn't want said fastener 'munged' up. They said no problem... but carefully kept me isolated from the shop & wouldn't even let me speak with the technician/s. The fastener was returned crudely chewed up as if common pliers had been used; and I was stiffly charged for the experience. Infuriating, never again.

Great customer service and they will fixed your bike in a few days. It's also a great spot to buy a bike too.

Im from Holland, I grew up with ???. We met the grumpy ? manager and he was actually very pleasant. We were happy to get slow customer service because most important they had exactly what we needed to fix our ? and gave great advice. I have seldom seen such a big collection of awesome ???

$80 to install two tubeless tires. This includes $20 for 4oz of sealant! Are you insane??? The job took 20-25 minutes. That’s equivalent to $120 per hour plus sealant!!! Never going back to this place as much as Andrew is a great guy and mechanic.

It took four weeks to receive the bike, even though it arrived at the shop 3-4 days after ordering. Getting a pick-up date was nearly impossible without daily calls. Additionally, I encountered an issue on my first day of owning it and opted to take it to a different shop for guaranteed satisfaction. Very disappointing experience overall, and I won't be returning.

I bought my wife a bike for Christmas here and it was a great experience from start to finish. They even held on to the bike for me until Dec 23rd so I'd be able to surprise her on Christmas Eve. Lifetime maintenance included. Love that.
