What a great bunch of artists. They got our museums logos redesigned, printed and mounted in a very short time and perfectly. We will definitely be using them again

I just came back from this place, I live a few blocks away and have been going here to get scans and prints for the last twenty years. I just wanted to get a single scan done front and back, copied onto a USB. The lady at the front desk asked for an order minimum of $25.00. All that for a double scan?Also the service was straight up terrible the printer shop worker behind the front desk looked at me like a strange zoo animal the whole time, talk about racist. Never coming back here ever again

Please update your business hours on Google as well as your website. People expect you to be open when advertised and clearly you are not open at 7am, or even 730am. Whatever time you do open, should be the time you advertise.

This place is awesome went there to get some print outs the whole process was really fast and efficient the prices are also very affordable, just mail them your documents and the printouts are ready by the time you reach.

I was a customer for many years because the service was great. A company called Crisp Imaging bought them out. Maybe my expectations are too high. You decide. I had an important document that needed to be printed by tomorrow. My schedule was tight. I called. Rep said they would be ready in an hour if I sent the files right away. I showed up a early. Rep said they were working on it. Would be ready in five minutes. I started to wait, then asked for a recommendation for lunch. I gobble my lunch and return in 15 minutes. Most of my order had not been printed yet. Ten minutes later, he directs me to pay. The bill was a lot more than I expected. I call attention to the fact that the invoice lists larger formats than I requested. I have to run because I have to pick up a first grader from school. They email me an invoice. Same basic mistake. I'd already emailed with details of the items that I ordered. I call and ask for the person whose name is on the invoice. They're not familiar with my case. . . . I get my order 5 hours later than I had planned. The bill was only$2 less than the initial $30, but what if it'd been a huge order and I hadn't been paying attention? (Oh, another rep had butted in with a snarky remark.) Call me old fashioned, but I believe deadlines you promised to, not over billing, and good service are musts in doing business. Never once did anyone recognize how they were providing a horrible experience or express even a tiny bit of 'We're sorry." I went out of my way to give them my business. I'll actively avoid them now.

I believe the person I worked with was Mario. They worked with me back and forth to get the project perfect. When we had trouble with my bosses payment, they also worked with me to get it worked out and were patient and understanding of everything.The product turned out perfect for what we needed. I had a large format print on a low weight paper. Printed in color. Only wish is that the blacks were darker, but everything else was perfect.

We had a family member unexpectedly pass away and needed a quick turnaround on printing some memorial pamphlets. I am not a graphic designer and do not really know the technical details about putting together pamphlets. I submitted a bunch of slides I created on powerpoint and Kim at Crisp Imaging converted them into a very nice pamphlet. We went through a few different printing options and everything was printed on time and at a decent price. Kim really helped my family out at difficult time with friendly and accommodating service. I highly recommend this print shop.
