This Wendy’s is awesome. They’ve managed to keep the Biggie Bags about the same cost, while other Wendy’s have gone up to $8. Also, the employee at the drive through is really enthusiastic and friendly. He makes going there pleasant.

As usual, I don't speak much English, and I have 2 very kind people who always help me, I don't know their names. But they are very kind. Normally the atmosphere at Other Wendys is very cold, let's say good service, but here the attention is quality. I always order biggie bag with fried baconator.

Hours were not correct and was closed for drive thru and the entire restaurant before midnight. Not a single worker was to be found. Went to in-n-out nearby and had great service.

I brought a friend he is looking for a job and I asked one of the cashiers if I could please speak to the manager he did call her when the manager came I asked her are you guys Hiring she said yes I then told her it for him and she said does he speak English I told her no he doesn’t he only speaks Spanish she then told me I’m looking for someone that speaks both English and Spanish she told me that she is Looking for cashiers that kitchen is full in my point of view I find it racism due to a person not speaking English.

The hours don't match the mobile app which says 24 hours. I placed an order, but the dining room was closed and the drive-thru full and extremely slow. I couldn't get the order which should have been quick so I'll have to complain to the corporate office to get the charge reversed, or have my credit card issuer do it.May 29, 2019: I never received a response from Wendy's, so I deleted the app and had Capital One reverse the charge.March 17, 2022: the app works well now (most of the time) and the service has improved.December 13, 2023: I appreciate the efforts of the staff to provide service on Dec 10 when their ordering and register systems were out of order. The manager honored a promo from the app that disappeared when the system went down and my mobile order was cancelled.
