I've had the absolute worst experience at the Fox Hills Branch. I am an elderly woman who has been with Wells Fargo over 40 years. I flew my niece in from England to update all legal documents as she is my Executor. We spent 2 hours at this branch setting her up as POA on my accounts. She returned to England. Last week Dulce Campos called me to say they forgot to get one signature and that my niece had to actually come in person to sign. I explained she was back in England but was told she can't be POA without appearing in person to sign this missing document. I have just spent 2 hours trying to reach by phone Tameca Boulden, Mgr. No answer. This is disgraceful. If I die tomorrow my estate will be in a mess because of Wells Fargo. Is there no one to speak to to straighten out your mess?
There is no way to get through on the phone. I beseech you to help correct your mistake and give me the courtesy of a reply to my request.

My all time favorite branch. I love the staff here, they are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The branch manager Tameca is Amazing.

So i went in to get a paper by the state signed by the manager. I have an account and business ac account i waited for 20 minutes for something that takes 5 seconds to do. I was told by the manager from the greeter that the people waiting in line are priority. Horrible customer service on the managers part.

I went to Wells Fargo to invest my money from my retirement I talked to Sarah and she recommended Michael Ch o e. I put a lot of money down and I was advised to put some money on the money market and some in annuities I told t h e m I did not know what I was doing I did not understand about finances and that I was trusting them. I was told I would get the money out if I needed it for an emergency in 3 and 6 days.Surely enough I needed my money and in a month and I requested to get it out because I was in escrow to buy a house. I was told it would be 8 to 10 days to receive my money. in 10 days I had not received my money and I called and I was told 8 to 10 business day .The advisor did not return my emails and told me to deal with Athene the Investment Company, they were not the ones I gave my money to. I gave my money to Wells Fargo, long story short I did not get my money until 22 days later with absolutely NO interest in a very large amount . I lost the negotiation and the house. DO not invest your money with Wells Fargo.enough I needed the money for an emergency I contacted dad visor and he told me he would be between 8:00 and 10 days I did not get my money Dan and I was told he was 8 to 10 business day long story short I lost the house I was nicotiating for 3 weeks because Wells Fargo did not return my money did I invested with them I did not get my money for 22 days and I was glad to deal with a thing a company that Wells Fargo gave my money to and I was on my own do not invest your money with Wells Fargo big disappointment

Customer service is horrible at this branch. You CANNOT receive assistance from the personal bankers when you are a walk-in CUSTOMER. In the lobby there are instructions to scan the QR image, to be placed on the waiting list for service, this is INACCURATE AND A LIE. For 2 TWO days I attempted to be assisted with changing my address, but each time I was turned away and was STRONGLY encouraged to use Wells Fargo Online service tool, or make an appointment for a future date. To make matters worse, I DID attempt to use their online service, but was unsuccessful, because YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS FOR YOUR AUTO LOAN ONLINE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, the STUPID personal bankers, AND BRANCH MANAGER are too ignorant that they don't even know their own rules.

Horrible customer service, I felt discriminated against because I was black. I went into the branch to open a savings account. I went over to open account there was a lady there I asked about opening a savings account. She looked me up and down and said she couldn't help me because she had a customer. There wasn't anyone in the bank. I was the only customer. She said I'll'll see if someone else can help.They all looked at me as if I wasn't worthy of their time. Never again!!!

I went today because I had a appointment at 3:00 to open my teenage daughter a bank account first there were no parking then I wait for a long time after that they said that my daughter social security number was false And that she couldn’t help me then she said she was going to called her manager the manager said the same thing they treated me badly then I went to a another bank they help me do the account with out my social security number

I had the ABSOLITE MOST AMAZING customer service from Camille Gilmer. She actually provided more information in my situation than the banking institution that I have an active account. Camille is very pleasant. She took time in the midst of her busy scheduled day, without interfering with upcoming/ existing customers appointments. Her knowledge of resolving fraudulent banking and phishing transactions was impeccable. She gave.me real time PROFESSIONAL suggestions on how to potentially resolve my issue when Chase Bank told me to ignore the problem that t is nothing to be concerned about. I'm thankful that she was in today,, for her knowledge, her time and professionalism. With Camille, customer service still exist.!
