They have one cashier open and most of the time 11 people online! DO not invest your money with Wells Fargo especially not with the advisor from this Bank. I invested in annuities and money market I was told if I need my moneyfor some reason it would be giving back to me in 3 to 6 days. I explained to the advisor I was in the process of buying a house he told me it would be between 3 to 6 days I was in escrow on the house when I asked for my money they said it was actually 8 to 10 days. I was left to deal by myself with ATHENE annuities another very unprofessional place . w Michael c h o e n the advisor I gave my money to would not return my calls. You are on your own after you give them your money . IT took 22 days for then to refund my money. I lost a house i was.purchacing I didn't have the funds cuz Wells Fargo didn't turn my money on the time. The whole process was awful I'm closing all my accounts all my credit cards and I do not advise anybody to invest Wells Fargo b5. Basically they invested a very big amount amount of money I gave them made interest and did not return my money on time.

This location is slow and unreliable. I’ve been in line for nearly 20 min without so much as a greeting. Bankers are walking through the space without helping anyone in the line. It is 10:30 AM on a Tuesday. This is a bank. Truly unacceptable. They won’t answer the phone either. I called at least 6 times while waiting in line. I finally screamed through the window asking if anyone would help us. One person appeared to day “I’m helping someone else.”Ok, what are the other 3-4 of you doing? Why is the covering manager sitting in the back advocating for ignoring patrons?

The branch manager and her personal banker at this location, Culver City Pavilions branch located at 11030 Jefferson Blvd Culver City, CA 90230. HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN BANKING OR ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE-RELATED FIELD!!! You would thing that with all the negative news regarding Wells Fargo, they would better train their employee's!!!! I feel the manager and personal banker that waited on me, add a new meaning to the word incompetent, rude, and self-absorbed. And please keep in mind, if your banking business is beyond sipping a drink from Starbucks; then you're out of luck because they're clueless on how to handle banking transactions of any kind beyond a $5.00 deposit. How people like these get hired is beyond me, Wells Fargo the customers that keep you in business deserve much better!

Came here to open an account because I assumed bankers would be able to answer questions more throughly than on the phone. But no one seems to know anything at all. I waited in front of her for her to learn the answers to my questions. Might as well do that myself at home that driving all the way to a bank to watch her learn how to do her job.

Most of these reviews were correct. custome service was not good The wait is so ridiculous even with just one or two customer in line.i came to cash check my boss wrote me.She said I can't get cash right away,but it will be available tomorrow then she tells me they can't cash it!what the hell?I'm actually a member and they can't cash a check for me..what is the purpose of being a member??

Not only did I wait in the long line the teller had me sign the back of a check and then told me she could not cash my check and to wait until Monday so Do Not GO Here

Horrible customer service. Went into Pavillion Wells Fargo to make a business deposit, teller was assisting someone and I was the only person in line. Had to stand in line for 10 minutes as this teller named DENIECE choose to converse about irrelevant personal matter than doing her job and swiftly completing her task.. I had to intervene, and she responded defensively. Please make sure your employees know the importance of customer service and value of time and money.

I went to go deposit cash into my uncle's acct while he's out of the country as a favor only to have Wells Fargo tell me that cash cannot be deposited into personal accounts. They said checks are ok. Who has personal checks with them nowadays? I asked to see this policy in writing. They told me to sit and wait for the manager. I decided to drive to my credit union to deposit the cash & had them print out personal checks after waiting 10 min & the manager never appeared conveniently. I came back to finish the deposit. What was supposed to take me 15 min took me over an hour. Very inconvenient!

This place is already closed at 5pm! Online it says they close at 7pm! See photo attached. Whenever I've had an issue with my account I've come to this branch for help. But now it seems as though I've came too many times to ask for help and now they consider me a problem and are making it difficult for me to get a temporary card. The card that was order has not been received so I came to this branch to have them reissue me a new one and cancel the card I hadn't received, and since I received a temporary card that card expired after 30 days, so I needed a new temporary card as well until the new card that just had them order arrives. This branch claims that their system will not allow them to issue me another temporary card. After speaking to Customer Service, they don't understand what the issue is and why this branch is claiming their system isn't allowing them to issue me a temporary card. This branch decided they are not going to issue me a temporary card because they are judging me by the way I look! Not because their system won't allow or so they are claiming. I work over time on top of over time and I am not always looking my best! If I had came here looking my best I swear I wouldn't have any issue from this branch in getting a temp card. I called customer service and customer service checked on my account and said there should not have been any issues with me getting a temp card. I've clearly came to this branch and asked for help too many times because now they are making it impossible for me to get a temp card and denying issuing me one. I will be going to another location and if that location issues me a card It will prove I am right. Additionally, I am not going to stop coming to this branch even though I am posting this review and they will likely recognize me, because that's what they want when they make it difficult for a customer for that customer to stop coming. I am not going to give them what they want.

Drove here in a hurry on a Sunday to deposit a check. Yelp said open till 4, but I don't even think this branch is open on Sundays at all. Please update your yelp page.
