I recently had the pleasure of working with Karen at the Wells Fargo branch in downtown Culver City, and I must say, her professionalism and dedication are simply unparalleled. Navigating through a complex fiduciary situation can be daunting, but Karen's expertise and willingness to assist made a significant difference. Her patience is commendable, always taking the time to ensure I understood every step of the process. Karen's empathy and genuine concern for my situation were truly remarkable, providing a sense of reassurance throughout our interactions. Went to this WFB on November 25th. Used the ATMs. Was surprised to see the "signs" that this particular branch was "temporarily closed" and provided several nearby addresses of other WFB branches that were open for service. I hope WFB won't be closing down this branch.

It’s closed Saturdays. Horrible customer service . Not enough employees to help customers. If you need something, it’s only my appointment only one person at the desk that is horrible

Worst expereance. I am sharing this to spare you from wasting your time and juat an awful unacceptable expereance. Do not invest here. Brokarage investor accounts. I have not been able to withdrawel 100 out of an account that was closed for over 5 months. Ive called 15 times, i have signed documents that i was told would allow me to get my money. In januarary my mom past away and I took 30,000 to wells fargo, after a month i withdrew it all over how inconssistant and problems i had accessing my money. I know 100 dollars is not much but its the principle. Talking to 1800 traders ( investment service) they dont have a clue what there doing. Much better investment services at chase.all wells fargo cares about well actually i am not sure. Customer service or solutions to banking problems has no priority. Not exagerating , over 15 times called, several hours collectivley tryibg to solve this. Spoken to numerous managers whom promised i would be able to withdrawel. To this day November 1,2023 have not been able to withdraw. Because this money is atuck in this account it would constintly reinvest itself so i would have to sell over 6 times now. I woukd call customer service they would say must sell forst give it a couple days, ( tactic to get me off the phone) a week would go buy id call again , they would spend 15 minutes reading all the notes and offer no solution to the problem, id request management, put me hold for over an hour and managment promised me id have this resolved soon. Several manager promises later I am still not able to withdraw. No accountabilty, I must be a joke to WellsFargo. 1800 traders sustoner service waste of time on phone and clueless. I only come because i live near by, but this is the worst wells bank in the entire country for sure. Its always understaffed. I will start driving to a further location from now on.

Has wi-fi, helps with card and banking services ( there's no more temp cards anymore), always polite to me and respects the elderly and veterans somewhat (which is more than I can say for some places in this area). I've been banking here for over a quarter century.

Your roller printed paper is a very cheap and not very easy to read. Sometimes certain valuable characters will nearly disappear.... Just like the checkbook carbons are poor paper.......and deposit slips too few. Monthly statement have no format on which to balance my account. I have 3 bank accounts....longest one is over 45 years. After 10 years with USB I changed to WFB located nearby. N never bounced a check. + at 80 always OWNED my properties. My wife dragged me over to join WF (to JT-ACCT I did not want). My Cal-DL copy is quality + kept for fear of losing it again...... Your tellers are OK but they rotate often and will not honor my photo. I use WF to maintain about 20G$ for madmony monthly charges.

I lost my debit card and had to visit this Wells Fargo. I was waiting in line for 20-30 min there were only 2 tellers at the window. As soon as I got called up to karissa window she greeted me with an awesome smile. She helped me cancel my card but also set up my Apple Pay and use my temp card on Apple Pay. She was so kind and clear of detail.

I don’t know why, but they always seem understaffed and they stopped being open on Saturday.Literally, every other Wells Fargo in a five mile radius is open on Saturday, except this one. It’s super inconvenient.

Historically this branch has been able to help me with all my business needs and has been great. Today I came in to get change and the branch happened to be out of $5 bills, so I got $1 bills instead. The issue with this branch was the new condescending teller by the name of Alfredo. Alfredo had an issue going to the vault to get change and had an attitude as if though he was doing me a favor as oppose to his duties he signed up to do. The worst part was that his on shift manager had the same attitude. I get that it's a Saturday, it's raining, and you probably don't want to be at work. But you guys are a business branch at least give the business owners and customer a proper customer experience. Please do better.

Tried to make a change to my business account and the business banker wasn’t there, they told me no one else in the branch could help me and I had to come back another day.
