You can’t reach them by phone. Long wait times. I’ve been trying to reach them for couple of months since we’ve been assigned to them, but sill haven’t reached them. There’s a fake option to leave a message but it just keeps you on hold forever. I guess they collect money since they have patients assigned by the LA Care but they don’t respond to phone calls and don’t have to work for the money. Almost like a scam and not a business.

Waiting on line for more then 1 hr is insane! Maybe that clinic is doing something wrong for them to have short staff.

I honestly dislike this clinic. They are not there when you need them. Never answer the phone and they are very rude ! I'm definitely moving to a different clinic. Also took my new born next door and they don't answer the phone as well they are just definitely not a reliable clinic in which you can say let me call and make an appointment because they will never answer. Doctors are very nice but I need someone that if I need to call because my kid is sick and want to make an appointment I want to get an answer and that's definitely not them.

I wish I could give no stars. We just experienced a completely unnecessary and insulting visit at your clinic. Juan Suarez at the front desk refused to communicate or explain to us we had the wrong date for our child’s Covid vaccine. Completely unprompted Mr. Suarez belittle my partner passive aggressively asking them to reread their confirmation email over and over again. I finally asked if he could clarify the misunderstanding and he again said reread your email. We finally came to the realization the appointment date did not match but Mr. Suarez refused to offer a solution or apologize for the confusion. Mr Suarez is a terrible representation of this establishment and only after I returned to ask for his name did he feel the need to offer to reschedule.

The wait on the phone to schedule an appointment is just as bad as the wait in the actual visit. I waited over 45 minutes to schedule an appointment only to be hung up on.

My wife called today to schedule an appointment. She was on hold for over an hour . The “guy” who answered on February 24th at around 2:50 pm was extremely rude. He hung up on my wife while she was scheduling an appointment with him mid conversation. He never called back. This has to do with an appointment for my daughter and herself and he was no help at all. Because of his unprofessional self, we will be changing doctors. He was RUDE he shouldn’t even be able to help schedule appointments that may be an emergency. The wait is pathetic over the phone as well when to schedule an appointment it only takes 2 minutes for them to schedule one.

The most horrible service I've ever had. There is no way to contact the Pediatric and when I call the wait is up to 1.5hrs to get ahold of a secretary that doesn't even help out!!! I'm desperately needing a referral for my 4m old daughters' formula for WIC (since she was a preemie I can't just buy her any) & I have called 4 times & gone in person once to try and get this referral . The whole time since the first Time I called I was assured was getting this referral and now it turns out that my daughter doesn't even have that pedriatic assigned since December ! Not once was I told this In any of my encounters/calls w these secretaries. I told the secretary that my daughter just had her shots with them and she says since shots are important they made an exception.... but my daughters formula isnt important enough to make an exception?! She gave me a different number to call & turns out it was the wrong number . I feel extremely upset at their system & there's so much more that I'm not trynna get into . The worst system ever. No one knows anything and seemingly Impossible to get ahold of.

Be prepared to be on hold for AT LEAST 40mins! It’s absurd. The first time I called it was over an hour.. I’ve been waiting for my token number to log in to the patient portal online so I don’t have to call. But they have not sent it to me even though I’ve asked multiple times. This is exhausting!

Horrible service, I come to a lady to make a dentist appointment, she didn’t even look at me and keep playing in her computer, later she talked without looking at me , and keep playing in her computer, and after several minutes waiting for her attention I left. Horrible treatment not manners. She has not business serving costumers?.

Horrible service! They forgot to send my son’s referral to the insurance company and he missed his doctor’s appointment because of them! I went to the clinic several times and kept calling over and over again and left messages and never received any help.

Every time i call have to wait 1hr or 1:30 hrs to get answer and when they answer they don’t help. Dr. Aguilar is the worse pediatrician!
