I am truly impressed with Velvet. Not only do they have great clothes but their customer service is phenomenal. I spoke with Marlena in the Culver City , Ca location and she was so pleasant and helpful! What a great company! Thank you so much for taking care of your customers! You are the "best of the best"!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a nightmare to deal with, doesn't care about customers. I ordered 1 item. They sent me 1 confirmation for 1 item. Then they charged my credit card twice. Upon contact, they denied it. Told them AGAIN I had 2 charges, then they said that I did it, ordered twice by correcting email info. That doesn't even make sense! Never happened. So, they'll blame their mistakes on customers. Many emails & 2 phone calls later, still not resolved, no return call. My review on their FB page was immediately taken down. Too bad, would love to make exchange for correct size but won't risk any further problems. Buyer beware!
