Sad to say that I don't understand why to have this place in such a poor condition. They should keep it updated as it has a great location and it should be kept in better service condition as it is part of the beautiful downtown Culver.

Ugh, there’s always ONE person at the window. And the line is always long. Everytime I come here it’s always a 20 mins wait. If you can avoid this location to go to others you should.

Jaime is quite possibly the most inept employee of any service I've ever encountered. Find a different postal office.

The line went by fast and I thought Miguel was really nice and really helpful.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! One day no one was here and a line of 10 people. Next week I come in and there's NO STAMPS/ credit only and 1 person working. 0 stars

The line is always 10 to 15 people long and there is NEVER more than 1 window open. My last wait was 25 minutes. Unacceptable.

I have been coming to this post office for about 10 months now. I am a caregiver and my patient lives a couple house down. There's always a caucasian male and African-American female, very nice, fast, and professional. I've never had a problem here until today with I'm guessing a new employee Hispanic young lady. I was asking her for a price on a package, she ask me for the address and as I was looking for it to give to her she began to be inpatient,Giving me attitude very rude and disrespectful and tell her co worker next to her she leaving and never came back for at least the next 10mins while I was in there. Leaving her male co worker to deal with a long line by himself. I only come here because of my patient. I don't even live in the city.

The longest wait. Dead silent. Least friendly workers. People need to find different jobs if they are in customer facing roles. I lost 5 years of my life from all the depression in this place. Note: maybe play some light music?

This post office is awful. There's always just one worker handling a line that usually spans out the door. This post office is stuck in the 1980s. It took me 1 hour of standing in line to mail a package. There drop off is just a giant cart that anyone could just walk in and steal your package drop off. No security, no consideration. This place straight up 100% sucks.

Very nice staff Michael is a very hard worker patient and very good with the elderly especially with my mom. He gets to five stars. Thank you. Please keep him at this location.

They apparently misplaced my priority mail envelope and it never went out from there and some irreplaceable paperwork was in there. Do not go there!

Poor service. I often don't get mail until 8pm at night and sometimes not for several days. Which can be detrimental in meeting deadlines. But there is no other alternative without paying for a mailbox

Never use this post office. I tried to send a package from this Post Office to an address. The return address was on the box and they used that same address for the destination. 2 weeks later I get a call saying that my package was deliver to "The City of San Fransisco" (no one in particular, just the city in general) ... how does that happen?? They said my only chance of getting the package back is to file a Package Intercept Request, a week after my request was submitted they told me that my request was denied and it will be continuing to travel to the original destination (the general city of San Fransisco). Now my package has been lost in the mail for a month and tracking hasn't been updated for 3 weeks. I've never had an issue with USPS before but this incident has left deep scars.
