Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they are out of international stamps. Not alternate solutions were provided. And was sent to a broken self service machine. I’ve had decent experiences I the past. But this was disappointing

They flat out refuse to scan my pre paid packages and supply a receipt,, which is needed for proof that a package was dropped off.

Could not possibly imagine having a worse experience. Package was delivered to the facility, and ultimately never left the facility. After waiting 3 days, and 45 minutes in line, the single worker at the counter with the worst attitude, attempted to find my package and told me she DIDN’T know where it was. The whole concept of their business is to know where your package is. Told me that the supervisor would call me. They never did, they checked again, never found it. They acted like it was a nuisance that someone wanted their PACKAGE FROM THE POST OFFICE.If you can help it NEVER visit this post office nor interact with their completely rude and borderline aggressive staff.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! What is with this location? If you drop off a package it takes them DAYS to scan it in. Is this LEGAL?! I suggest never putting packages into the indoor dropbox at this location, they never scan it in on the same day or the next day, it's always atleast 3 days later, even if you drop it off in the morning, and even if you use that package machine first. It will say "USPS awaiting package" for days! We're going to report this location, you all should too! PLEASE REPORT THEM!

I leave for work at 8 o’clock in the morning and return at 6 o’clock. Therefore I cannot use the post office except for Saturdays. All other post offices are open at 8 AM. My only choice is to go to another post office. Not user friendly.

I changed my review from four-star to one star. probably 50% to 75% of my packages that I mail via USPS never get delivered or get lost completely or take 2 to 5 weeks longer to show up to the customer and I’m constantly losing business with charged back from claims of lost mail which USPS is at fault not me! I would say there’s probably a 60% to 70% chance your standard mail will not make it to the destination on time or get completely lost USPS is probably the worst shipping service unless you pay priority mail your mail is not gonna show up they need to fix this this is terrible. I am currently closing all my physical businesses and going completely digital what’s the point of mailing some thing that I make one dollar or two dollars profit and pay five dollars for shipping it never shows up it gets lost the customer does a charge back I lose all my money shipping and the product it’s a losing business model.

After a bad experience at another USPS location earlier in the day, I was pleasantly surprised by this location. I went on a Wednesday during the day and there was no line. I went in to verify my identify for mail forwarding and the woman who helped me was friendly, quick, and efficient. I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes.

NOT so good !! the lady behind the counter I think she was Asian ,Bad Attitude!!!! AND she SHOULD clean herself up to represent the USPS better !! This happened on Saturday 5/20/23 !!

They lost my package. The company sends me a replacement. They lost my replacement package. With a clear tracking number that says the package is being held at the post office, but they can’t find it. I hate this post office and I hope it gets shut down.
