Although I love the brand ... the sales representatives and manager on duty dropped the ball and do not know how to multitask. Associates that do not rise to the brand are doing True Religion a disservice. Extremely disappointed.

The customer service was horrible, guess asking questions or help finding certain size was asking to much. Please reevaluate staff to help and make us feel like we are NOT asking for TO MUCH. Regardless did purchase a pair of pants due to my 16 yrs old wish.????

My wife and visit true religion stores all across the country, but never had an experience like this one. The store was so inviting and store manager, Carol was simply amazing …. She told truly customer service to another level.. we will travel here from Las Vegas simply because of her. Her smile lit up the entire mall.. see you soon Carol from NJ

No customer service number for you to call you have to email which they don’t respond to or you have to chat/ txt which the agents are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and dismissive they do not care to resolve your issues you ask to speak with a manager they will simply lie and say they don’t have one available and end the conversation. I will no longer support a business that cares so little about its customers. I have been tracking my order since November and apparently it has never left the fedex facility the tracking hasn’t been updated and I still don’t have an eta on a delivery date. Their blaming the holiday but I call bs I have ordered from other places and ups, Amazon and other shippers are not taking this long to get ppl their orders. Especially seeing I’m in the same state from which this stores ships from I shouldn’t be waiting this long.

I was so exciting to come visit this store, when I came in I was welcomed but then I noticed the employees attitude changed, two young girls gossiping about work and personal problems and when I asked for assistance, one of the heavier set girls was so rude about stopping her conversation to assist me. Never coming back I’m all about feeling welcomed at a store. I’ll stick to the outlets and Marshall’s. Please get better employees, this is seems as if she hates her job.

First and foremost, I want to say Oscar is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The chubby girl that works with Oscar, she gave me and my boyfriend a weird off uncomfortable vibe which I didn’t like. Other than that, They had great selection of clothes for men and women.

Ana was very rude I went to the store today a bought 2 pants and 2 shirts with a total of $382 first she didn't even offered a fitting room I understand is pandemic but she seem upset to help me my boyfriend ask for a pink shirt in large and she was That's all we have my boyfriend found one and started saying he found one similarAna started making fun of his English with Mitzy supposed to be manager of store . I honestly didn't like Anna's customers service if she is not happy with her Job she should quit and stop gossiping her private life while she is helping customers and making fun of them she was very rude I am a long time customer she didn't even ask for my number she seem upset to be bothered by my sales honestly bad service one of worse service at this store

I have purchased pants and never came to my door! It shows delivered on my mailbox but never received it! Our mailbox is so tiny to fit 2pants and 2 shirts ordered!!! I emailed customer service so many times and they are not doing anything...
