Horrible staff. Was shopping with my teenage daughter, and she likes the variety at this store. She found a T-shirt she liked. It was $27, and the sign said buy one get 2nd at 50% off womens tshirts. The manager helped get down correct size so she was aware we were looking for 2nd shirt- but zero customer service skills at all. She went back to gossiping with other employees. We asked a guy that was working and had just came from back of store- "are all womens T-shirts bygo 50% off? He said, I don't know; you would have to ask manager on duty. Great- 2nd employee with zero skills on how to help customers. So the winner was the guy at the cash register. We place two womens shirts on register to be rang up- he said the total was $51.80 I asked about the buy one get one 1/2 off. He said - oh, I don't know- let me ask. I said you can see the sign right there- but he called manager up- without looking she said it wasn't for those shirts. I said, yes the shirt you got down for us was part of that sale, and the 2nd shirt was on wall behind it. (And had a sign too) she said someone must of misplaced this shirt. So at this point we are arguing over $10 or so. Out of kindness or respect she could of gave the reduced price for 2nd shirt. I got irritated and said- it don't matter, ring it up- we just won't ever come back. The cashier rang it up- I paid full price for 2 shirts- he put them in bag with receipt and gave me the bag. He didn't say sorry for the mixup, or anything at all. As I get the bag and am walking out with my child he hollers- your welcome- and when I kept walking he said it again a bit louder. Completely had lost his mind- I'm suppose to THANK him for what?? For not having even a single bit of courtesy regarding the lack of customer service?? I will never thank anyone in that situation. He should of said thank you to me- and my daughter for shopping in ther store. They had quite a few staff on duty- getting paid for standing around gossiping about their personal lives. We like the Carson Mall- we just won't be shopping here.

This is a well-managed store. I had a return/exchange today that couldn't have been handled more professionally. As a business owner myself, I can appreciate a really great store manager - and this store has one. A rare thing in this day and age... she's certainly an asset to Tillys. Keep up the great work!!

I love Tilly's! So glad they have one at this mall now. I walked in and was greeted quickly and the employees continued to talk and hang out by the entrance. No one asked me if i needed help except for one girl. I felt a bit awkward in there.. but she made my experience better .. i didn't get her name but she had blue hair. She was friendly and attentive. The other kids need to work on their customer service skills.

I ordered shoes from tillys and it never came and I checked my cameras and nobody ever came and Tilly's didn't care and the customer service was horrible

This shop has the most beautiful window displays! The owner and staff are super sweet. All of the items are high quality and they carry many trendy and well-respected brands. There is a great selection of men's clothes, too.
