This place in my opinion it's very overpriced, I went there to see a scooter for my 7 years old son and it was too expensive.

I order envy soul bars and they arrived with scratches on the lower part of the bars and with some weird piece of metal jammed inside of the bars. I tried to return the bars telling the vault that the bars arrived damaged and they told me they couldn’t be returned because I damaged them. I’ve been using the vault for years for scooter parts, but now I wouldn’t recommend the vault to ANYONE.

Great products, love their videos, been subscribed for a while now, but their customer service is terrible, I have asked 3 times now a question on an item and cannot get a response! Shipping is also terrible, they take forever to get items out once purchased and packaging is not all that great. If they would get better at customer service then they would have 5 stars. Still love the Vault though especially for the YouTube videos!

Ordered something on Thursday afternoon and they didn't even ship it untill after the weekend. What a joke. Never ordering from here again and will definitely not recommend them to people at the skatepark.

This is literally the best scooter shop in the world. Never had a problem with these guys my package was standard shipped and it was like if I got it expedited. They have such a variety of parts highly recommended if I could rate more than five I would you guys literally made my day today.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! I would give negative stars if possible. Ordered a scooter received the wrong one. Sent it back and they never sent the correct one. After trying to call to get it sorted out it took over an hour to talk to anyone. Horrible store no regard for customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

Do not order online, i live in bakersfield california and i put all the correct details for my address and it said it was coming February 10th and it didnt arrive that day, i called and they said it was a fedex issue so i waited the next day and now its being shipped to Minneapolis for some reason when the house icon is in bakersfield, i called the store when it is open and no one answered multiple times and now i dont know what to do

Customer service was not the best but I did happen to notice top quality products which are definitely worth the buck but customer service goes a long way and I did not find that here
