Whenever I called customer service, I got so worried. my English poor and I have Disability speech. (THE BEST SERVICE COMPANY). customer service so rude and very bad attitude.

The person that called me was very rude and unprofessional. And even custom out and gave me a really big attitude. Very inappropriate unprofessional and immature. And to top it off the person she called for wasn't even my name. Total harassment if you ask me. She even called me back 3 times

Ghetto. BMO gave me their number when I went in to see how to contact BOW. Called the number rude girl answers tells me I have a debt umm no I don’t and her kid was screaming in the background. Trash ghetto and super ineffective

These people will hang up on you because they have no proof of the collection they put on your credit . Sounds like one ghetto people from the lowest side of earth. They like to randomly put stuff on people credit they don’t have enough evidence so call the credit bureau to have it removed . Also make sure you report them to the better business bureau as well as doing a ftc report on them.

I wish I could give them negative 5.They are pawns of Chinese-owned Bank of the West, doing questionable business in the USA, in my opinion.The Branch Manager Isabel actually by "mistake" lost or "shredded" my first signature card years ago when I became a customer. Things have gotten worse.BMO, a Canadian bank bought them but, beware BMO paid a penalty in Canada for allegedly not protecting customers when a ponzi scheme victimized customers.Now, I'm a victim of scammers, AI failure and human error including apparently not finding my phone number to call me IMMEDIATELY and or text me regarding scammers hijacking my account. I even called the fraud department to make a claim . They do not accept claims by phone, I was informed. How come other financial institutions can?Turning me over to collections rather than calling me when I already sent a certified letter to Bank of the West/BMO was the final straw.Why can other financial institutions reach me by telephone? HmmmmWhat I want:Turn my claim over to FDIC and return any money I'm due to my account.DO NOT LOSE MY PHONE NUMBER AGAIN!

They are absolutely rude !! I called to ask what my balance was and the lady was like what’s your social? Did not even introduce herself. I said I’m sorry can I just give you the last 4 I do not feel comfortable giving you my whole social. She said that’s not what I asked for and just hung up. When I called again a sweet lady answered but would not give me the name of the rude lady.

Called my husbands number asking for his mom. He was on blue tooth so I could hear and chime in. The woman was rude and said it was a personal matter. Then asked for my husband. We don't owe anyone. Told me to shut up and hubby hung up on her. It's probably one of those companies that buys old, expired debts and tries to collect on them. Get a real job, lady.

Called me asking to verify my identity. Kept asking for my last 4 of my social and birthdate because they were calling for a “personal matter” but couldn’t tell me who they were or what their reason for calling was. Told me to google search “the best service company” and hung up on me because I wouldn’t just give them my info.

Called ma about a unknown account they couldn't even give me any information they just wanted me to pay. If they call just get the bbb involved. They should be shut down soon due to illegal activity.

Horrible service, they made a mistake on their end and took money out my account and said it would go back in after a week it’s been 2 and a half weeks and there’s nothing they can do about?!!! Like huh

Called to get information on a debt that was cleared back in 2016 for $196 and the person on the phone said it was "not their policy to clear a serviced account". When I asked who could help me do that, she told me to do my research and hung up on me. This was in regards to when I closed my Bank of the West account and they had referred me to BS Company. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and I hope that their bad business practices come back threefold on them.

Not exactly the best of service. I suspect this is a one or 2 person collection agency so hold times are ridiculous. The female voice "isn't able to answer" most questions. The fact that paying any debt with them doesn't clear your credit report or make your financial issues any better. Rip off. Debts created by financial institutions via service charges makes it so much worse.

Worst credit collection ever they tried to make me pay for accounts that where not mine and where fruad. Even after police report and conformation from the bank it was fruad they still are trying to keep the account active. Will not even attempt to speak with the bank and ask if the accounts where fruad. Then they hang up on you when you explain how there crooks.

Im not sure who these people are, but they are on my credit for 931.00. From what I am reading they seem sketchy at best. Anyone with good remarks must be related or paid. How do you charge someone for business you've never done?
