"I had a frustrating experience at Target today while trying to shop for some necessities and purchase alcohol bottles for a company meeting. Despite asking four different staff members for assistance, each attempt was met with minimal effort and a long wait. Near the isle, a young Caucasian girl with wavy brown hair literally gave up on me and continued stocking. Eventually, I approached the front desk, where I encountered two young Hispanic employees who seemed preoccupied with their phones. I was informed that only one person, David, had the keys needed for the alcohol section, but he was nowhere to be found. Despite assurances from one of the employees that someone was being called, the issue remained unresolved. It's frustrating to think that such a simple task couldn't be addressed promptly, especially considering the amount my company spends at this location. It's not just about the inconvenience; it's about feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer."

Very messy store, things all over the place/out of stock and all employees I interacted with were grumpy and seemed fatigued. It is clear management need to make some changes here, there no reason to shop at this store.

horrible customer service store is a mess signs for 30% off are everywhere and when i went to self checkout they had no employees couldnt get help the manager in front end at 4:30 today was so rude and non chalant didnt care to be mindful of my waiting and confusion she came with a no the moment she walked up! rude employees who dont care about your concerns shouldnt be leading anything! i left my cart target lost a sale and customer! never again will i go there

Bro the Starbucks worker in the morning is taking her SWEET old time in NO hurry whatsoever there’s only like 3 people and then claimed to not have the one thing I wanted and I could tell it was a lie. I work food service and I’m a young woman I have no reason to talk badly about service but WOW.

Everything was well until the cashier. He seemed off and also was about to make us pay around $90 for only two things. The numbers were not adding up and I told him and it was put back to what the price for both items should be at.

This is one of those that locks up every item in the store separately. Toothpaste: call for assistance. Deodorant: call again. Soap or body wash: another call. I would feel to awkward if I wanted to god forbid read the packaging so I just put my cart back and left the store. I’m not doing this. Retail can just collapse for all I care.

What a horrible experience. I'm about to pee my pants but I get physically blocked from using the restroom because it's being cleaned?? That's a terrible way to treat your customers. And when I explained my dire situation I was told no. There's only one other bathroom and it had a line of 4 families, I wouldn't have made it. I won't be coming back to this awful location.

Today 02/11/2024, in Westfield Mall at 1:48pm .I checked out with the male cashier who gave me the dirty look the way I dressed up. My card was declined and he looked mad at me and more dirty look. He didn't give me respect at all. I didn't go there for begging or asking free things. Don't judge me the way I dressed up. There was one lady cashier there who told him to suspended my card also gave me a dirty look. Very bad bad bad experience. ?
