6/15 @ 11 am. Extremely rude not helpful lady working the returns. Also, don’t pick up your phone and chat with your friend while you’re working. Target, please teach her better manners.

This target is really bad with drive up pickup. The past 2 times I’ve gone, they didn’t give me my full order. I don’t know if they don’t care, or it’s really disorganized. Either way, very disappointing!!!

My only issue with this store is that the Target app doesn't want to work properly when ever I enter this location. As soon as I step outside the store the app works fine again. But as soon as I enter my cell service slows and the app doesn't want to work.

Only other huge target with full size departments in the West LA/Culver City area. Usually if I can't find what I need at the other Jefferson Target I can here and vice versa.
Plaza has a lot of shops nearby which is convenient

Awful location honestly. The staff are unhelpful. Not even the first time I've tried to get help here only to be stonewalled with zero effort into finding some sort of solution.

My favorite Target in the area! Love the self checkout, and that there's always someone there to help. Easy to navigate the store and make returns.

Came here for a little pick me up at the Starbucks and I honestly felt so bad for the girl there because her coworker was literally standing there on his phone while she was busting her butt. He didn’t write my drink order on the cup like they usually do, and got it wrong so they had to remake it - I’m allergic to coffee so this mistake could’ve been really not great for me if I hadn’t checked first. Really not sure how he got, or keeps, this job. The other barista was great though! Really apologetic and was so nice about the whole debacle. Could tell she was doing her best.
