Third time coming here since I was in the area and after Panera Bread I needed a little bit of shopping. The place got a huge space just not much to buy since my last visit, all the shelves were empty, this time I got back they filled up the isles still didn't mean I could find anything there, at least they open early at 7AM special holidays hours so you can come in and explore

Everyone be aware DONOT BUY GIFT CARD FOR ANY OCCASION. If you purchase be aware that Target will not help if your loved ones inquire about cards not having the said funds. Customer service on the card will send you a replacement but you have to get on the phone for four hours and then you must email the company Amex to replace it and wait 3-5 weeks After you receive the replacement those cards may work for a purchase but any balance left on the card will be lost because the card doesn't work again. Called again but they said there are funds but no merchant will honor Save the headache give cash or check when giving cash for xmas. You have been warned My mom gave me $200 as a birthday gift but I got a terrible experience

Worst Target ever. To shop inside the closest parking space is 75 yards away. My receipt for today's purchase was illegible and it took the store 15 minutes to print a receipt on a full size sheet of paper. Go to Costco instead. Much lower prices and much better customer service. Target has lost whatever respect I had for it.

This is my favorite target. Always well stocked, clean, and great customer service. I had an odd situation that was handled so professionally. I placed a large pick up order, over 50 items of food, (we were making a food donation to our local church). When I arrived at the location I checked in on the app and the app stated someone would be coming out with my order. However, at the same time I got an email that my order was cancelled. My husband went inside to customer service while I waited in the car in case my order came out. The employees at customer service couldn't understand what happened and determined it had to be a glitch. They were so apologetic and immediately worked correcting the order. One of the employees had to rescan every single item so we could purchase the items again since the prior order was refunded. This young man was so kind, so patient, so professional, and very apologetic. I felt so terrible because it was such a large order but he was more than happy to help. Everyone at the customer service counter was amazing especially the young man who assisted us. I can't thank him enough.

First, Michelle at customer service was great! Now for the reason for 3 stars: there are never enough employees! You have to go hunting in that giant store to find someone, and this isn't the first time. I experience this every time I go. Prices are decent, but I wouldn't say they are low. They are usually sold out of sizes except extra small and small, and you would think over the years they would catch on, but nope.

I was just in the store and bought $300 dollars worth of items about accidentally left one at the counter. I am trying to call the store to see if someone found my item I already paid for, but no one is answering the phone. I have called over 10 times and let it ring ON EVERY DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE IS ANSWER

On August 24th at 9:30pm I went to self check out to purchase my items I asked team member Michael if he can price match a couple of my items when I showed him the items I wanted to price match on my phone team member Michael was like "oh no I can't see it from your phone I need to see it on the store phone" giving me attitude a frustrated fair enough I said okay sure But then I saw him pull out his own phone to scan my itemsHe said they weren't popping up on his personal phone app and that he can't price match the items I told him you're using your personal you're not even checking on your company store phone for the items gaslighting me I told him I was going to go to a register so they can honor the prices because he didn't want to and he said "it's going to be the same thing if you go to a register or you can call the manager" I went to a register and the cashier price matched all my items without a problem. MICHAEL NEEDS TO GET RETRAINED OVERALL AND NEEDS TO LEARN THE POLICY OF HONORING PRICES.

The target is located in a big plaza with a lot of other merchants like restaurants discount store etc. It's very spacious and bright inside, most racks are well stocked, though few selves are near empty or not properly labeled.

First off I would like to start off by saying I have been going to this target my entire life. I grew up in Culver City as well as my fiancé. We have been to this store for the pass 15+ years so much that regular employee's throughout the years have recognized us. We have had friends work here and family work here throughout the years! As many retailers we have seen new employees get hired every season.Tonight Saturday October 29,2022 Between the hour of 8:00pm-10:00pm (closing time) we took a trip to our local target. It was super empty we guessed it's because it's the Saturday before Halloween so nobody is out. Which we found nice to have the store to ourselves while other locals shop the slow night. After doing a lap we ended up by the electronic section. We maybe in our 30s but always get a kick out of the toy/electronic section of the store. We came across these figural bag clips in the theme of Naruto Shippuden which my fiancé is a fan of. We have been collecting these and grabbing multiple packs every target trip. Call it a tradition of ours. As we feel the bags hoping and wishing which character we will end up with talking among each other, we get interrupted by a target employee. She expressed how we are not allowed to feel them and it's a grab and go situation. She was not making any sense and I can here the shakiness in her voice that she was upset with us touching these key chains. We told her we do this all the time and see multiple customers doing the same. We are not breaking any laws and we are paying customers. No opening of the bags were happening. She then starts snatching all the keychains and throwing them in the box. We asked her to call a manager due to her behavior and she told us we can go get one ourselves. I told her I do not believe what she is telling us to be true and I am going to continue to shop. She then replied back well you're not allowed to buy any of these if your not going to listen and takes both boxes off for display. My fiancé again mentioned we are trying to buy some. I then asked for her name which she refused to give me so I took out my phone to take a picture of her tag.She then told me I can not take a picture of her or her tag and proceeded to call me a Karen.NEVER IN MY LIFE I HAVE BEEN CALLED A KAREN. Especially being a Hispanic descent I would never believe another Hispanic descent call someone that.I then replied i do not understand why Hispanics have to always call people Karen's. I'm not even white!!! Yes I have a fair complexion but I am not white!She then gets even more upset that the fact I called her a Hispanic which is not a racial term. She then threatens me to take this outside and literally steps up to my face as if she was going to hit me. My fiancé stepped in and asked what her problem was. As we walked alway looking for a manager she proceeds to follow and harass us. We went up to a young employee who was also a Hispanic decent and asked if she can call a manager and she laughed at us so we went to the next employee who was an African decent and he was blown out of his mind with bloodshot eyes so we moved on and headed to the front of the store. Like what the hell is happening why is nobody helping us call for a manager!!! Alejandra proceeds to yell/follow us making a scene other customers are coming out of the aisles to look. I have never been so attacked and embarrassed at a target trip in my entire life!!! She proceeds to say let's go outside let's go outside and handle this while the younger Hispanic employee was holding her back. I asked how old she was and why is she acting this way. We proceeded to just walk awayAt the registers we see another employee and stopped him. We asked for the manager and he explained to us he was the store lead for the night. Seemed he was heading to that direction since he heard what was happening. We explained everything to him and he told us she does not have a right to prevent us from shopping and removing items from display. Also stating we did nothing wrong. He said he will

Masks not required for vaccinated guests on honor system July 2021. Shopping for my daughter's new apartment and found most of what was needed. Shortages may be due to pandemic. Store was clean and employees wore masks but social distancing was not enforced at all. Plenty of parking but lines were quite long on a Monday early afternoon.

Do not do same day delivery or pick ups from this store. My wife ordered "same-day" delivery items on Friday and it is now Sunday with the items saying on the way. We were hoping that Target would deliver the items the same day since we have a baby and couldn't leave during the time. Bottom line is if you want something from these stores, just go inside or ask someone to do it for you. They don't care about their customers.

Serious props to Sofia at the checkout stand! I just watched her diligently wipe down her scan area after each customer completed their transaction. It's nice to see employees taking the time to maintain a safe space for everyone, no matter how long the lines are.

I used to come here all the time but won't be anymore. There was an issue with my transaction and an associate started talking rude about me (in front of who I think was a manager) right in front of me.
