Very knowledgeable and professional staff that responded quickly, understood what I needed and resolved the issue economically. I had a very specific technical issue with an integration. I'm an ex-IT guy and have been looking for someone to do our office IT. Here is the truth...you don't need to know everything, you only need to know Dexter. Even if you knew everything, IT is always changing. I understand software and hardware and listening to Dexter felt like listening to an old me, but with current info and ideas. Dexter is amazing, he has intelligent ideas and provides different solutions depending on your budget and/or goal. Everyone needs IT, everyone needs Dexter.

Swiftchip has saved my life a few times already. They are fast and so professional and their technicians are very personable, a true breath of fresh air! I was so stressed out about busting the LCD panel for my macbook pro w/retina recently. I took it in at 2pm, when they had a few other people in the store, and I still walked out with a good as new computer less than 10 mins later.
