I visited this barbershop for the first time and had a terrible experience. I showed the barber two photos of my desired haircut and even a video tutorial where another barber demonstrated the step-by-step process. The haircut I wanted was a simple variation of the Sharky Strands Haircut.
Unfortunately, the barber made a mohawk without a fade. It looked horrible. I complained, and he tried to fix it by adding a fade, but it still looked awful. I will never go to this place again.

Horrible customer service with Gina. She doesnt listen to customers and argues on what she thinks you should do to your hair. Her skills are subpar. Avoid her

Been hesitant to make this review cause this disgusting place and it’s people don’t deserve the time of day. Took my autistic son here a few months ago, and they rejected us because my son wouldn’t stay still, and that’s fine. I understand because it can be dangerous it wasn’t the decision it was how the hairdresser said it (male) the look on his face of utter hate. It was the fact they made us feel like we were not welcomed. Didn’t apologize, no type of empathy. Special needs community are not animals, they are humans and everyone deserves respect.

Honestly i would give (-2 star) review. I asked for a low fade with a trim on the top. The lady gave me a miltary cut (high fade with scissors on top). They charged me full price and I still had to go home and fix the haircut myself. Honestly one of the worst haitcuts I've received. I even showed her a photo of what i wanted. Not even close. So I guess if you want a military haircut, ask for a low fade. Hair will grow back but still, not what i asked for.

It was just supposed to be 2 inches off. The woman cut a big chunk in the back and then showed me and said "4 inches" my daughter didn't know what to do and since it was already cut she had no choice but to continue. At the end it was crooked! She paid and left and then cried. Ridiculous!

I walked in. Hair was cut within 10 minutes. However, the person cutting my hair (Gina?) seemed distracted. Paused for many moments at a time to hear what was happening with the person on the next chair or the front. Usually I find the handing over over the mirror to check over the haircut perfunctory. However, had I not looked over, I would have missed the 3 areas that needed to be re-cut. One area had too much hair. In two other areas (on left side and under ear) there were several long stray hairs that were just missed when initially cut. Just super sloppy. Fast however (15-20 minutes), but no conversation and sloppiness for 32 bucks plus tip is just way way too much for what you get.

The staff was very rude. I went for my toddler's haircut. They made me feel uncomfortable. Gave my son a very average cut and the forced me to top them as if I was happy with everything. It was such a an awkward encounter I'm never going back again.

The manager of Supercuts cut my bangs in a way, that I had to go home and fix it myself. Very unprofessional & I would not refer this place to anyone.

I came in on January 24th Wednesday around 10:55 AM. And there was this 50 something year old Hispanic Women that took me in. she wore glasses and tied her hair back. Wow!!! she was the worst hair stylist ever!! She was salty and bitter!!!The moment I sat down on the chair and told my hair cut style request she started looking at my hair with grim look bitter look and began complaining how dry my hair was and started to pull on my hair very hard to prove her point. She also stated that I cut my own hair and to tell you all the truth I never cut my own until I go to super cuts for every 1-3 months. As a hair stylist you are suppose to help your customer no to abuse them. Please don't have an attitude and start doing stupid actions and making ridiculous statements to prove your own opinion.I always give my hairstylist at least a $15 tip this is the first time in my life that I decided not to and she gave me such a bad look. Well not today Witch!!!!Never have a hair stylist treated me like a zoo animal until this very day. And this has upset me greatly. I have been going to this super cut since 2005. Between the years of 2005 and 2020 This super cut was up beat! Every stylist at that time was kind and full of energy. And before I walked in today the Front Door was open but boarded up it just shows how much this establishment is hated!!Today they have lost a life long customer!!! I won't be walking through their doors for quite some time. its very sad to see this situation. This was my favorite establishment to get a haircut...well no more. I'm fed up and had enough!!!And to that lady who gave my hair cut!!! please be a better human being!!

DO NOT get your hair dyed here. The lady did not do what I wanted. I asked for ONE color, and NO highlights. She gave me highlights and I left there with my hair being THREE different colors. And she had the audacity to ask for tip! I should have spoke up and this experience taught me to never pay for bad service + speak up! She didn't even give her name. Never going back! The top is orange and the back/bottom is blondish (which I also asked not to be blonde!!) and brown in between. There should be a zero star option here. She also gave me a quote of $120-$150 and ended up charging me $210!!

i would give it a zero but that's not possible so i'm giving it a one. i asked for them to keep the length and they cut off 3 1/2 inches that is 3 more inches then i asked for! i even showed them a picture of exactly what i wanted and the hair dresser decided to free style i guess and gave me a while different look!
