I was shopping for some aviator glasses and was assisted by a young man named Michael at your Westfield/Fox Hills location. This young man is amazing, he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me find what I was looking for. Truly a great experience, I would send all my friends there. Thank you Michael!

Worst customer service ever! When I came in to pick up my sunglasses, the worker was very overwhelmed and did not give me any helpful information regarding my order. Next she tells me that the glasses I came to pick up were sold out! Why would the website say they were available to pickup if they were sold out? I ended up leaving with no information regarding my order. Very disappointed by the customer support, the lady was extremely unprofessional. Hoping to get a refund ):

Sunglass hut is the worst company to purchase your sunglasses from!! Customer support is awful and they will not care about customers once you have purchased their products already. They will give you misleading information regarding purchases and refunds and send you home. Worst experience I have ever had.

Went in while they were really busy on 4/20/22 around 530. Donny was the guys name and Monica or Sam was the girls name. I hope I got their names right. They were both doing great helping out all the customers. My interaction with donny was awesome and I was really impressed with how friendly and patient he was. He took the time to look up things for me and help me if it was better to just order parts or get a new pair. He gave me options and ultimately made the best choice for me. They were busy but handled all the customers including myself with great service and never felt rushed. Thank you guys for your help

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.If you are self-sufficient and know what you want to purchase in store, this store might work. I made the mistake of coming to Sunglass Hut to purchase replacement legs for some RayBans. I was reassured that the replacements would come within a week or two. ALMOST FOUR weeks later and several conversations with reps/managers - nobody can seem to find them (no tracking number, etc.) They blamed the mailman for putting them in their own mailbox - which they admitted THEY DON'T HAVE A KEY FOR?! What... I've been told repeatedly that I will receive a call back.. not once!!! Seriously it's a joke.Now I leave the move states in a few days and won't have glasses replaced in time. Not once, has anyone offered to actually help or provide any assistance; other than passing the problematic torch to the associate covering the next shift. Again, no assurance on the issue other than "You'll just have to wait". Not a single attempt to rectify my wasted time.Do better.

Staff is to busy on their cell to help answer any questions you may have. Go to Macy's to purchase your next pair of Ray Ban's staff there it more than courteous & knowledgeable with a will to answer all ur questions with a smile.

Yesenia was absolutely incredible and so easy to work with! We had such a great conversation and I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of glasses instead of one because of her awesome recommendations. Her customer service was truly unmatched.

UNBELIEVABLY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. A month ago I ordered replacement lenses for my sunglasses and paid for them in full. I was told the lenses would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. When I didn't hear from them after 3 weeks I called the number on my receipt. There was only a busy signal. I looked online for another number, and managed to reach another Sunglass Hut location within the same mall. They informed me that the one I went to was closed for renovations! Why would they take my order, knowing they would be closed? Why wouldn't they leave a message on their answering device, apologizing for the inconvenience and stating when they would reopen? To top it all off, the Sunglasses Hut customer service line won't take any responsibility for my issue. They made me call the branch where special orders are taken, "Luxottica" (yeah, stupid name), which in turn told me they can't help me because ONLY the store would have the record of the order. I have a receipt! I want a refund! It's a chain store-- any branch should be able to help.
