Went to order a pink drink on 10/6 at 11:30am. I asked for no ice. Was told that it would be an extra $1.50 for no ice. Asked if there was extra charge for half ice - still $1.50. I was polite during the whole interaction, but the barista was very short and rude. She seemed annoyed that I was taken aback by the extra charge. I said I would stick with the regular amount of ice. Later looked at the Starbucks app to see if they charge for no ice on the app - they do not. If you want no ice or light ice, order on the app!

Starbucks is stupid, they call themselves coffee shop and their baristas don’t know how to make a simple tea! They use hot tap water to make black tea! any person who has made black once in their lifetime know that it has to be boiling temp water, not just hot tap water! It’s not the first time or first location. Starbucks employees don’t have basic knowledge or training.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks AND IM AN EMPLOYEE!!!! Came in and the cashier immediately caught an attitude With me. Before I even had a chance to open my mouth she let me know that they were out of certain drinks. So I said okay and ordered. She had a attitude when I asked if they still had some breakfast items and told me that their oven was off which is fine. Then I proceed to try and order a caramel ribbon crunch and she tells me "we don't have it" so I ordered a vanilla bean instead. While I'm waiting for my drink I literally see ALL the ingredients to make a caramel ribbon crunch sitting on the counter we were the only ones that ordered and it took them close to 10 mins to get 2 drinks out because all they did was run their mouths. And the drinks were HORRIBLE. just straight up Ice and milk. So i immediately threw it away. As a partner I'm VERY embarrassed. They need to get their stuff together. 0 stars if I could.

aleea and dream are phenomenal baristas with stellar customer service. i’m regular and i’ve never had a bad experience when those two are behind the bar. even on their busiest days they handle all customer with care. and aleea always says my drink is made with love and honesty i can taste it. 10/10

This was literally one of the worst experiences in my starbucks drinking life. Never expected to be treated so badly given the fact this location is in the mall but it happened. Cashier was great. My coffee came out sooner than the peoples order in front of me and they drank it. My name wasn't called so they drank my coffee. Naturally you would think "oh my mistake I should have called his name! I'm so sorry! Let me get another one out for you right away!" No. Nothing. Awful. Staring. Lost. Almost embarrassing. Please retrain staff in situations where they are to help customer satisfaction for future experiences.

This starbucks is located inside Target at the Westfield Mall. I try to avoid this particular location due to long lines, however, at the time of my visit there were 2 other people waiting to order. Both my boyfriend and I got the grande caramel macchiato and a cake pop. Waiting for the items was a little lengthy than the usual Starbucks though.

Workers messed up my order and I wasn’t upset about it. But I don’t understand why I was given attitude for their mistake lol I get it, None of us want to work. But why be upset? It’s not like your time was wasted

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STARBUCKS , I bought a large strawberry lemonade açaí on 3/4/2023 . I drank it all, later on about an hour or two I felt like throwing up and I grow up the whole cup . I don't know why it happen but all I know is that the employees were just talking a lot and it didn't even seem like they weren't paying attention into making the drink right , but who knows it could've of been the ingredients that were expired. STAY SAFE
