This review is a year overdue, long story short, forgot the girl's name that worked there that helped me but I remember her saying it was her last day cause she was transferring, anyway, she convinced me to get the clear Tech21 case for my phone and a screen protector. Usually I'm a careful person but, the other night I fell down the stairs and dropped my phone 3 floors and the case was hardly scuffed (I'm fine) but yeah. Get the damn phone case and screen protector - the people here are honest lol. Thanks all, a year later, but thanks.

My partner and I switched to T-Mobile (lower price and better benefits), but wanted to keep our numbers. Choosing the right plan and then porting our numbers from a different carrier could have been a hellish, frustrating experience— but Yanet was incredible. She went above and beyond to (a) give us the best prices possible and (b) make the entire process smooth and efficient. Supervisors, whatever she’s making, give her a raise.

If you don't purchase your phone from this location, DO NOT expect them to help you with ANYTHING! Customer service is awful! Sucks because we've been with t-mobile for over 10 years!

Yoselyn was so incredibly helpful and patient as she transferred our phones over from Verizon. She was knowledgeable, communicated everything she was doing and provided great customer service!

Terrible experience with tmobile. I shouldn't have to come in every month and spend over 30 minutes just to pay my phone bill. And I do wish this location's staff was more knowledgeable on this issue. Apparently I'm special, so they make me come in every month in person to make a payment. Every month I try to get them to set it up so I don't have to drive over to a tmobile store, but they can't do it. Can't pay with the app, can't autopay. I don't appreciate this inconvenience. Couldn't get the payment done at this location after 30+ minutes of messing with my account, so I went to another tmobile store down the street later that day and they just took my payment through a card reader in less than a minute. This location had the exact same card readers on the tables, so it seems like they didn't use them just to waste my time. Why? I may never know the truth, but I'm assuming that if they provide me with subpar service, I would be less likely to return to their particular store, so less work for them in the future. I'm going with verizon if I gotta go in to pay again. Less work for them, and less hassle for me.

The associates at this store are product experts and provide fast, courteous service. Maria and Patsy were extremely knowledgeable and expertly assisted with my requests. Together, Maria, Patsy and Phill are a strong team and run an excellent store. Parking at this location is convenient. Highly recommend this store and Maria, Patsy and Phill.

Came here at 10 am and they still closed. They said they will open 10.15.Don’t come here if you are in a rush.They have to change the opening time so people don’t come on time to wait 15 min outside.

Lol simply awful customer service. Over the store radio, they are playing music LOUDER THAN A CLUB. I said it was too loud because we could not hear each other about the phones, and the other worker turned it UP LOUDER. Just ridiculous. T mobile needs to fire every idiot in here and get quality employees. So sad. Good help is so hard to find these days.

Super frustrating experience - I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I cannot express my disappointment as an AVID T-Mobile fan.We only needed to purchase a phone and walk out. We didn’t need any help activating it, no questions about the product, anything. All we needed was a cashier. Waited at least an hour, and then someone walked in and got helped before we did. My husband stayed to wait and get help while I left to the nearest best buy. I was able to leave, drive 5-10min, find parking at the mall on a Saturday at noon on Mother’s Day weekend, walk in, find the phones, find an associate to help me, pull it from the back, ring me up, AND return back to this store before my husband was able to be helped and finish his transaction.To top off this frustrating experience, this store was going to charge an extra “activation fee” that Best Buy didn’t charge us (over $100 difference between this stores quoted price and the price we paid at Best Buy). Would highly recommend you avoid this store and go elsewhere.
